I do not live in this place but Fairfield Falls at Port Jefferson. Since the first review said they…read moregot contact by the Fairfield Property and I have no other ways to complain about what I experienced with Fairfield, I have to write the review. Hopefully, you will contact me so ease my bad customer experience with you. I filled another application at West Babylon and told the leasing manager hundreds of times to start it as a new lease since my current lease will expire in the next month. If I transfer my lease, I have to pay for extra $800. Definitely it does not make sense. Well, the new application was considered as a notification for Fairfield that I want to transfer to a new place. So they sent maintenance this morning to my place. I was in the bathroom while my wife was in the bedroom. And the next moment, the man opened my door with his own keys. I did not fill any transfer form, nor request the transfer from anybody. I got deeply upset and uncomfortable so I called the customer service department. A lady named Beth (later I found that she is actually the person in charge of the customer service department) answered my call. She kept questioning me what bothered me without any reasonable explanations or apology. Eventually, she said I should refer to the copy of my lease and understand what I signed for legally. After staying with Fairfield for one year, we decided to choose the same company. But as a loyal customer, I did not feel being honored, let alone privileged. After spoke with the property manager, I fully understood the situation and worked together with the leasing manager at West Babylon to clear out all confusion and bothersome. But still, I am so pissed with the customer service. The general staff spoke to me professionally and politely, but the manager definitely had some attitude problem (which can be proved by our conversation since you recorded it, in which she kept interrupted me and being horrible with me). Customer Service Department or Customer Argument Department? I tried to figure out who is her supervisor, but nobody gave me the number of information. I have no choice but to leave you message through your public website.
