Comforter on the bed did not look clean in person. They use brad nails instead of command strips to hang their paintings, damaging the drywall. More work for you as a homeowner to fix. Fake house plants fall over in the wind. Rugs don't fit under doors. Buyer beware, if your property sits on the market for too long, they will absolutely take advantage of that, because they are not incentivized to help you sell your property. They do not check in to rectify problems as someone would if they were living in the property. They only check in for payments. Their good reviews probably originate from properties that were already very sought after without staging.
