buyer be BEWARE, never buy again. They know how to take pictures so you don't see the damage and they don't state it.

No improvement has been made since the previous reviews were made. You can read their disclosure all you want, but buyer beware, they do misrepresent what they are selling. If you are not there to examine the equipment that they are selling personally "you probably better not bid". They seem to mostly deal in parts machines and salvage equipment, but they don't disclose that, or even say it's a mechanics special. Anything would be more honest than selling equipment as useable when it is not. It is sad how they conduct themselves as a business, and how it will negatively reflect on how other more reputable auction companies may be viewed. read more

They are super nice answering your questions but they are LIAR'Ss and sell DANGEROUS equipment. Lie about miles on the truck, probably the ones that rigged the truck and put the extra 6,000 miles on it. Said truck had 53,000 but had 59,000. I would RUN from Rebel Auction. If anything good comes from my experience with them it will be saving the next guy from getting SCREWED by them. They auction DANGEROUS CRAP!!!!!! Be very careful with internet bidding using Rebel Auction. Read all of the fine print very carefully. I made a large purchase via internet and I'm now wishing I had never used their service. I purchased a John Deere farm tractor and I wasn't on site to inspect what was supposed to be a tractor with 295 hours. If the hours are correct, this tractor has a few problems. It was delivered without a door handle or mechanism, no top link, no users manual, no slow moving sign, headlights that are not mounted to the grill cover and many cracked areas on the body. I've had nothing but problems with this company. First they didn't send the invoice to the proper email after the sale. I waited and finally called in order to pay them. I scheduled shipping for two days after the auction was over but couldn't get the billing correct. I lost a reasonable price contracted through UShip and ended up paying $350 more than I planned to get the items delivered. The shipping company got to the site and no one was there to load. I was told on site loading would be available. The truck driver called his dispatcher and said some of the items were not available for pickup. Two of the items I paid for ($800) was stolen by someone else and I have not received a refund. I spoke with the business owner (Larry) and he was a very nice man. He asked that I send pictures to his son's phone, which I did. Only to be told he wasn't going to help me. I called requesting my refund from Mr. Easters? several times, now he doesn't answer his phone. I then called the office and was told someone would call me back. No surprise, no one returned my call. I hope others don't make the same mistakes I did. Don't trust the pictures shown on the internet. If you can't inspect in person, DON'T BID. They charge an internet and buyers premium. I paid to purchase items from them. I wonder if I can sell something, quote a price, and the add 10% because someone buys from me. Then turn around and take no responsibility for the condition of the items you receive. I've learned a very expensive lesson from this purchase. Buy local or travel to inspect the items you might purchase. Then set up a campsite beside the items you purchase so someone else doesn't take parts or the complete items away before your truck gets there to ship it. This type of purchase has proved to be a real BUYERS BEWARE experience. I've saved for most of my years farming to purchase this tractor. I'm 60 years old and a widow. I didn't get a real bargain but I was excited to finally have a nice tractor. Feeding cattle in the snow and putting up hay in the heat because my tractors are antique and open station clouded my normal sense of judgement. Speaking with the auction representatives I trusted that I would get what was featured. They seemed honest. Appearance is not always an indication of character. I'm warning others. This internet purchase thing is not what it's advertised to be. Be very careful and sure before you spend $36K with an auction company that doesn't value it's customers. I'm very disappointed with these people. They have a lot stipulations to protect themselves but could care less if your purchase is not complete or missing parts because someone steals them.
