I have had several projects done and I think they are sub-par. I didn't get the impression that whomever they use to " man" their duplications is watching the meters. I have done a good amount of studio work and it's all about levels. Also one of the video transfers I had to have done twice. The DVD transfer of our wedding we have watched maybe twice and the player had to skip over damaged areas last night. They are very very nice about things but I get the feeling maybe this is not their wheelhouse. read more

Well, the last few times for their services has been disappointing. They did an excellent job dubbing my cassette to CD at the first visit. Quality sound was good; no problems. But, then the last few times they dropped the ball on quality. I mean, common! Apparently, they have personnel that don't know what a 45 record is. My 45 was recorded in 33 speed. I got my refund, but this place totally lacks quality control. I returned with a dub recording most recently and it wasn't fixed. The customer should be able to observe the recording process to a degree that satisfies what they are paying for. read more
