I had daily headaches that were becoming debilitating. Dr. Travis was fabulous. After just a few visits, I no longer have daily headaches! The team is friendly, professional, and the place is very clean. I always start my appointment with time on a tens unit, ice on my neck, heat on my lower back. It's so relaxing, I almost doze off. Dr. Travis then adjusts me, we talk about a treatment plan moving forward, and I leave with a warm cookie in my hand. Yes, you read that right. They have three kinds of freshly baked cookies in the lobby for patients, and they're so yummy! I highly recommend this team for chiropractic healthcare. They're the best. read more

Dr. Holmes is amazing. I struggle with anxiety and insomnia but after my appointments I feel more relaxed than ever and for the next few days/weeks I have more of this sense of calm than I've ever had and sleep better. He's also handsome and fun to chat with which never hurts. However, I had 1 appt with another doctor there and I will never see him again...he cracked my back twice, told me a story/joke that lasted longer than anything he did on my back, and sent me on my way. Couldn't have been in there more than 4 minutes. He couldn't have cared less. But Dr. Holmes has done wonders for me and I'll continue to go back as long as I live in the area. read more

I had a good experience with Dr. Bo. She was professional and friendly, and it addressed my needs. Experiencing lower back pain, my hip became misaligned, the ailment was relieved and I especially appreciated how she dug into past problems I wasn't seeking attention for and addressing those areas as well such as the rotator cuff damage and tissue damage. I sought care for intermittent neck pain but got no relief and, after "treatment", now have daily shoulder pain. The clinicians do not communicate with each other. One told me his treatment plan, then the person who actually provided treatment did something different. Well today I had an experience! I was told as a Veteran assigned to this facility for care that I needed to provide my social security number for billing which is not true at all. That's what the VA Authorization is for....needless to say because I'm "Black" I was labeled "confrontational by my treating provider. There was nothing confrontational about informing the office administration about correct protocols that they should already know as part of the protocols for providers participation in the Veteran's Administration Community Care Program. They also tried to get me sign this statement basically stating that I would be responsible for payments (I took a picture) & will be forwarding this to the VA. (Didn't sign that form either). Dr. Vincent T. Joseph, D.C. came in and told me that they checked with the VA CITC office and was told they were wrong!!! Okay, was I offered and apology from either of the 2 office assistants or the doctor? NO. Thanks, but I will not be returning to this office unless I am assigned to another provider. I was only doing my due diligence to ensure Veteran's were being informed & billed correctly. Lastly, I'm usually pain that I had originally before being seen. read more

35 dollars to be seen for one minute. That's the quickest chiropractor visit I've ever had and I am someone who has been to many in the past. A 35 dollar minute is not a way to treat valued customers, but to each his own! Did get a small back crack, but a visit to a massage therapist would be much better use of one's time and money. Dr Bo is great and really pays attention to her patients needs, she listens and does her best to correct any problems you mention or that she notices. Michelle is fantastic at taking care of everyone before and after their adjustments and always has a cheerful demeanor which can be difficult in a doctors office to maintain all the time. So thankful for the entire Rebound staff, because off all their help I was able to avoid having surgery in the immediate future and able to get back to my routine much quicker! read more

Awful. I needed ONE appointment to fix my completely dislocated jaw. I show up, they don't accept my insurance, and now they want 270 dollars. None of this was mentioned on the phone. I'm a college student, I skipped a class to get to this appointment, and now it amounts to just a waste of time and my jaw is still extremely injured. I don't recommend this place unless you're a family with a ton of money to spend. read more

If i could give 6 stars I would.......about 4 days ago I started to have a lot of annoying pain in my upper back behind my right shoulder.....the pain was not unbearable but the concern was it was actually seeping into my right arm and after 4 days I was getting concerned. At 43 i'm not an olympic athlete by any means but i'm in decent shape and this was just odd to me. I was referred to Dr. Joseph from some co-workers and figured chiropractic was my first gut feeling. I set up an appt very easily, arrive to the office and very quickly am taken to the back ( which is much appreciated since most places leave you in the waiting room for a while) I have a consultation with Dr. Joseph about my pain and areas and then we move to another room to do some tests and then to the center room to receive some electrotherapy. After I go to another room for an adjustment and let me tell you....Dr. Joseph has a genius touch.....I have seen quite a few chiropractors in my time but this man is a prodigy in his field. His application of chiropractic adjustment was clearly better than any i've had to date. Lots of amazing enjoyable cracking in various areas from back to neck..pure bliss...lol...I immediately felt a massive reduction in the pressure/pain i was having. I am going out of town this weekend and didn't want to be bothered with this pinched nerve and arm pain. Let me just say I woke up this morning and feel like a million bucks. There is very little residual soreness and zero pain in my arm. Thank you Dr. Joseph for your magical touch. I read one of the reviews here about the community room that people use for a variety of therapy....while not the biggest room I didn't personally feel that it was uncomfortable in the slightest.....the office staff was very warm and friendly and the service here is exceptional. Visited Rebound in Oyster Point area. The rooms were very small with no movement area. In the room for electric stimulation, there were so many beds crammed together in one room that you had to weave around them. There is also a water massage table in that room which was so loud that I found the noise level very uncomfortable and nerve racking. When we saw Dr Travis, he was nice and seemed to understand what we needed, but adjustments were very minimal and we had to tell him what to do. Will not be back read more
