She starts off with a one-on-one meeting to go over what exactly you are looking to do fitness-wise (and as we are women, we probably all have the same goal - flat tummy, nice bum, tone arms and legs etc.) and then she gets you started. The classes are two times a week (Tuesday and Thursday) and you can choose either early morning or evening. She is also a specialist in postnatal fitness and does "mummy tummy repair" as she calls it. Right from the first class you can tell the workout is having an effect and despite how easy it seemed to be, the day after you feel the burn, which is exactly what I look for! Her prices are also way cheaper than most and she gives excellent value.

I don't just mean the excellent ownership, nutritionists, and coaches, but the other members too. This is a fantastic community that is dedicated to making you a better version of yourself. I've been attending Royal City for nearly 2 years now, and I'll never again look to a commercial gym for wellness. Let's be fair, when you first walk in it can feel a little intimidating. The music is playing and there are probably some people sweating throwing some dumbbells overhead. You'll also be greeted by some friendly members, and welcoming staff. Everything you see happening on the floor can be scaled to your abilities, and like me, you can start right at the bottom. There is no judgement here, and you'll soon be in those classes getting cheered on by your new CrossFit family. Friendship, community, fitness, and nutrition. Royal City CrossFit has it all. He is a very thorough and amazing massage person. I had very stiff and sore muscles in my lower back area and i am feeling way better. He gets right to the core of the tightness of muscles and pulls it out. I know where to go when my muscles get tight and sore. I highly recommend for sure. A+ for sure.

A Day at the Spa- Kitchener Sunmagic…read more.. ... we re going away on a trip and since I burn real easy decided to pre tan before we go!!! ...I decided to try The SunMagic tanning salon in Kitchener last Wednesday! -Weber street location..as I used to go to the Cambridge location before it closed.....as I was in the area...I decided to try the weber st location...the place was very clean and tidy! Jessica was great! She was very friendly, efficient and helpful! It had been several years since my previous Spray-Tan- (mystic tan) but she didn't rush me and explained everything ... it was a GREAT experience and will go back there again!!! Thanks Jessica!!!!
