I love having all the different activities for my kids, and the fact that my kids can't wait to go to church, speaks volumes to me as a parent. Pastor Richard is amazing. When he preaches, it's like it's just the two of you sitting down in regular conversation. I love that he preaches straight from the Word of God, with life application, and he puts in in a way that challenges me, but not over my head. The music is contemporary, but they do have some hymns. My criticism lies with the leadership and the inability to commit to helping members in need when they are specifically asked. Additionally, the pastor, as well as many members, have unfortunately fallen to the woke Liberal culture. If you are someone who does not think that politics matter, you might get what you need from this church. I brought up concerns with the leadership that the policies and beliefs that Joe Biden and the Democratic Party stand for are not conducive with Christian values. I was scoffed at and ostracized by the volunteer group I was in because I shared a difference of opinion that happened to be conservative. Many members voted for Joe Biden, leadership included, and I will not have my kids taught by people who believe in abortion, white guilt, open borders, and the trampling of the U.S. Constitution.
