This is a terrible waste of my time!! A routine dental cleaning should not have taken up my entire morning, and yet it has. I have had this experience one too many times here and I am the foolish one that continues to come back because I am hopeful that you will get it together one day. Frankly, this location is convenient for me because it is walking distance from my house. Even so, I dread coming here because my experience is always the same. If you cannot keep your appointments, don't give them, simple. Stop wasting your patients' time, energy and patience. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I've complained more times than I can count and I've left you a terrible review on Google. Nothing has changed. Get it together.

BA assured me they took my insurance, scheduled a mandatory intake, and then assigned me a therapist, and we began sessions. Only later did they say my insurance didn't cover their services, but that I could pay out of pocket. When I said I couldn't afford that, they said I still had to pay for the intake and the other session becuase I "had received services." Meanwhile, I checked with my insurance company, which said neither BA nor Headway had ever inquired about coverage for me, and that their actions "seemed suspicious." Only after I informed BA I would file a complaint did they agree not to charge me. Wasted my time and trust. Shameful.

When patients reach out asking for clarification or support, they deserve timely responses and professionalism, not to feel like they are being avoided. So I started service here 9.25.25 I was pregnant due to give birth 11.11.25 but things happened that from 9.29.25 til 10.13.25 I was in and out hospital experiencing early labor I eventually gave birth 10.10.25 to a pre term baby so after coming out the hospital I continued to try and make it to my online appt. But due to freshly having a baby sleep schedule and not feeling well made me miss a few appts. My lovely therapist ( Pia ) told me that due to no shows my case was getting closed I fought to keep it open explaining I just had a baby and time and things she told me call the office talk to them and explain and I did. And they DENIED ME !!!!! not being understanding that I just gave birth I understand rules and all but obviously after freshly having a baby a mom schedule off track the first few weeks. Now my baby almost 3 months more on schedule it's better I can actually attend and Now they denying me ( mind you my files says how I'm experiencing postpartum depression and all and still denied a mother looking for help ) wanting to send her to another company with other people to start all over with a new therapist like it's just that easy I got comfortable with my therapist told her stuff I never told others and you guys think it's easy to do that ? Mind you my case hasn't even been closed for less than 30 days literally got closed 12.28. My Friend stays in the supportive housing through here and his experience has been the worst. His fridge broke they allowed him to use one in a main area and then got upset they had to unlock it for him so they sent him to the hospital. Then they filed a $5000 loan from the state in his name and never told him. Now he owes money to the state and they refuse to give him his rental records or explain why they did that...his mental health has actually been declining since he moved in. I have been given wrong advice when I was sick and needed to see a doctor. I see I am not the only one who has had issues with the front desk staff. I am waiting now to see a doctor. I needed some test done for NYC employment so, I called to see how I needed to proceed in getting a referral for an special eye test demanded by the city. I could not get any answers on how the processes takes place. The only answer I got was I need to setup an appointment. I asked if I could do a walk-in and the answer was yes but there is a chance I might not be seen. And you cannot get a referral from a walk-in. I am the only one in the waiting room now writing this message. I just want to ask my questions to someone else who knows what they are talking about. I turns that there is no one to talk to to get the young women in front up to speed on procedures and customer/patient service. It is a very cumbersome process. Not a place I would like to continue to put my health, life, and wellness in.
