The same person that was so unhelpful to schedule me helped me when I showed up to my appointment. That was my first appointment, and she said my insurance didn't go through, so I was going to be billed. I left and called the Dr for another referral, and he said they do accept my medical insurance because he refers his patients often. I called back they said they would call me back and never did. I waited for about 2 weeks and did not hear anything from them. I decided to follow up, and they said my insurance had not been approved yet. I don't understand how my insurance is taking over two weeks how did she know my insurance was not accepted in a matter of 10 mins when I showed up to what should have been my first appointment. I hope management considers a knowledgeable team that has some sympathy. Time is crucial after an injury or surgery!
