Lack of trash cans-there was always trash on the floor. Crowded rooms that make getting around with a walker very difficult for patients. Rooms are shared and bathroom is shared by 2 rooms, so 4 people. Staff had some bright spots, but most seemed like they would rather be somewhere else. Lots of standing around at nurses station and on cell phones. If they had time to stand around, could have been cleaning up. Food seemed decent and fairly plentiful. I would not recommend this facility. Wish I had done my homework before placing my parent there. Admin staff was decent and responsive but overall not a great place.

Transport brought him in, made his bed and put him in it. He was not seen by anyone from the facility for well over an hour and a half. Was not given a call bell and not able to get out of bed. Approximately 2 hours after being there, another patient was placed in his room. Transport and a person who I assume was a nurse, discussed the other patient in front of us. Which led us to be concerned for my husband's safety. This concern was brought up to two individuals at the facility and they did nothing to help. After 4 hours of my husband being completely ignored ( food service did offer him a meal) I called his doctor as well as his insurance company to get him removed immediately. I chose to remove him myself and took him back to the hospital he was discharged from. I ended up bringing him home for a week before he was properly placed in a fantastic rehab facility. He spent 7 days at the new facility and is now home. So this incident happened 16-17 days ago. Yesterday Adult Protective Services showed up at my house because they got a report that I removed my husband from the facility against doctors orders. He never was even checked by a nurse let alone a doctor! I believe this report was made because I reported this place to my insurance company!

Have spent two afternoons trying to fix it and still impossible to do, especially with their stupid AI assistant. So I get no bills, which sounds great, but going on for two months now cannot be so great. Her incompetence suggests further incompetence at the facility. Finally got through and have spoken to several people, all connecting me over the phone to other people, eventually going back to the emergency room which throws me in the same communication loop without resolution. So at this time, they still have a wrong address for me.
