I just saved a trip to Elkhart!!…read more We live in a Thor Palazzo RV full time. We've been stranded multiple times because we couldn't get our right (kitchen) slide to retract. We discussed this with Thor and they suggested we come back to the factory to get it addressed. We couldn't decide if it was alignment our the controller. With winter, we opted to deal with it until spring. Over the past 4 weeks, we were again stranded 3 times. The first time, Thor service gave us a tip on reversing the wiring at the controller (under the right side bay). That worked and got us on the road. The next stop had the same issue and again we were stranded. A local mechanic showed me a process to override the controller and again got us on the road. We recently hit Denver for two weeks so I began looking for a way to get it fixed. After three calls to Lazy Days RV which were never returned, I talked to a Overall RV. They were helping me with a frozen valve in the water bay. Turns out the tech was the owner...he and his partner did slide alignments at Camping World for years. They looked at my slide and measured the alignment. I was off by more the 1 1/2 inches, top to bottom putting a strain on the motors and the controller. They gave me an estimate to fix it on site. The cost to drive to Elkhart IN along with continued frustration made my decision easy... two hours later, they aligned the slide, checked the controller and motors, lubbedd the tracks, checked the rollers and tested the slide at least 8 times. They ended their appointment by telling me they reduced my expense by $200! Because only one end of the slide was off track, their labor was less... Oh and they did this work on New Year's Day! A huge shout out to Overall RV Service in Denver CO. They walked me through every step of the process so I would understand what they were doing and how I could keep up with maintenance going forward. They never said a negative word about Thor or the Palazzo and demonstrated a strong knowledge of the rig and systems. Awesome job and keeps us on the road! We love our Palazzo. There are things I can and cannot do on my own. When we find a good technician and honest business, we do our best to let the folks know. If in this area and need help, give them a call... I'm back on the road tomorrow!! Happy New Year!

He was incredibly patient and professional as he answered my many questions as a rookie RV renter. Also, I got quotes from private owners as well as other RV companies and Road Bear was the most reasonable, especially with a drop off in a different city. Ted did everything imaginable to allay my concerns. He sent videos to watch and went over everything with us. Covid protocols were strictly followed throughout, so we knew we were getting an immaculate vehicle. Their vehicles are bought new and rented for just a year so we were only the second people to rent it. Everything in the RV was clean and in perfect working order. When we had a slight problem getting the propane water heater to work, the 24/7 help line was RIGHT THERE to assist with a pdf file and to walk us through the problem. Problem solved! I would not hesitate to rent from Road Bear again and advise anyone who is considering renting an RV to look no further. This business is professional, and reasonable. Also, oops - we crunched the door a little bit (wide load, beware) and worked everything out with them, paying a very reasonable amount for the damage. Look no further!

We felt that they treated us like we were friends or family, and that was pretty awesome in this day and age. The RVs are in excellent condition and with the ability to contact a staff member 24/7 we felt fully supported our whole trip. You couldn't possible have a better experience than Road Bear. We last camped in a motorcoach 30 years ago with our kids! This time we were looking at C-class and B-class Sprinter chassis camper vans. Enter Danny Watson! We showed up on a Saturday morning and Danny spent hours with us going through their Atlas touring coach - Wow was he wonderful to deal with! Zero pressure, just answering every question and so knowledgable. We said we'd have to think about it, and as we were leaving, Danny spoke to David Delano the GM and they made us an incredible deal on a new 2025. We picked it up last Saturday and met several great people who work there. I don't know about other people's experience with the service department, but so far, ours has been excellent! Brent, the shop foreman and Jake, one of the other techs gave us a very comprehensive delivery presentation, walking us through every detail of its operation. This experience was so very different than our other two purchases, as those other dealers just had us sign the papers, handed us the manual and showed us the door. We took our first short "shakedown trip" to Cherry Creek State Park this week and did as Danny suggested and called him with any and all questions. We had a couple minor issues, and they scheduled us right in within a few days. We have never had such great attention and service from a salesperson and a service team! If you're thinking of getting a B-class camper van, you've got to check out Airstream of Colorado and meet Danny Watson - you'll be so glad you did!

We had electric issues with it for several months and after those finally got fixed the AC/ heat pump broke and still isn't working as of this review. We had zero confidence that airstream of Colorado would fix the issue so we went on a hunt to find someone that would. Unfortunately airstream has made it non competitive for other mechanics to repair airstreams in Colorado. We took the airstream back to Colorado airstream for multiple repairs and just got it back in essentially the same broken condition as we left it several months ago. Again everyone is super friendly there but getting repairs is seeming to be impossible at this point. Great sales dept terrible service dept. Every time I've taken my airstream in to the service dept. there they have either not fixed the issue or they have caused a new issue. They are polite but at this point I feel that myself and the sales staff have more technical knowledge about airstream than the service dept. They also have a terrible reputation with Airstream corporate and other airstream service depts across the US. It was recommended by airstream corporate that I go elsewhere for non warranty work.

Manny Beauchamp 29 years of sales with Windish (this tells me right off something good about this dealership) Manny showed us the inventory that met with our needs and gave us an initial offer with our trade.... Of course this wasn't what we wanted. So began the negotiations (via text & phone) We countered and our offer was accepted. It was too easy. But quite fair. We gave our deposit and set a date for transfer. We arrived and under Mannys guidance we up graded our tow package and had our cameras sealed over.... This all being done while we toured the new rig and did the paper work Thomas in Customer Service gave us a tour and demonstration of all the features of our new rig. He knew his stuff and wasn't rushing through. Next up we met with Sam Kerner Financial Officer. (Now, we all know how this usually goes with sales pitches and up grades) Pleasantly surprised to report that this was hands down the best experience we ever had in a purchase of a vehicle. We did do the added exterior protection and as always we take on the extended warranty..., but without any pressure and with Sam finding us good discounts. Sam is a gem for Windish RV. (Sam also gifted us a gift card for their store) While transferring our stuff from the old to new rig one of the detailing guys (Nate) noticed we had an issue and offered to help us slide our trike over and unload it. He reported that he loved working at Windish. The detail supervisor (name ?) stopped by and reviewed what had been done to prepare the interior and exterior for years of use. Next up was the transfer of our cameras by (forgot his name) He knew what he was doing and had it done in no time and made sure everything worked to our expectations. When we were ready a Service Tech. came out and gave us a demonstration and hands on with our new tow package. (It was a smart move on our part to take Mannys advice) Since we left with our new rig and have been touring Colorado Manny has contacted us several times to see how we were doing and helped us sort out of a few items (like light switch locations and simple items) My wife Nancy and I can not say enough good things about our experience with this Windish RV and have even referred a couple we met in Glenwood looking to upgrade their rig. Looking for an upgrade or just looking to get into RV/trailering..., go to Windish and ask for Manny Beauchamp You can't go wrong We are really enjoying our 2022 Momentum 29/G Rod n Nancy
