Since the store wasn't super busy on a Tuesday night my friend and I got some nice recommendations from the guy that was working in the store. My colleague tends to play party games so his lighter multiplayer recommendations made sense. My partner on the other hand prefers heavy euros but I didn't feel like asking about those this time around although I did see them carry some heavier games. There were a group of older adults playing a board game on the long tables in the back. I remember reading about magic the gathering nights so I imagine it might be nice to play here during weeknights when the mall isn't super busy. Also I noticed Games by James sponsored a play area for kids right next to the store. There's giant Jenga, connect 4 and bean bags to keep the little ones occupied while you shop.

I was lucky that Nathaniel was the one showing me where to find Rush Hour. The man knew everything about each one of the games that I was curious about. He even showed me games that were related to my old favorites (Arkham Horror, namely). I didn't get any of the wonderful cooperative games today, but I know I will be back when I find my game crew. When they receive *free* promos to give out for weekly TCGs- they won't make you go another round to have an ultimate winner- you can go undefeated and they still will not give you the "winners" pack. All other game stores in MN wouldn't keep their free promos like that. Again, staff is great- be kind. But DONT make this your new card shop. They also have singles and sealed sports cards. I've been coming here for about two years and before the boom in One Piece and Pokemon they were always stocked with the best prices. Nowadays just like everywhere else you can't find anything sealed. Although I haven't gone to a release myself they do a great job at distributing product at good prices. I love coming in when I'm up in Maple Grove and will continue to come back!

First it was ok we need to wait for parts the bottom screen was pixelated a bit otherwise worked fine just needed a new bottom screen. Then we get a call 3 months later saying it no longer turns on the pervious technician H Had damaged the 3ds in the process now they need new parts. Its been a game of phone tag of empty promises. This 3ds was special to my gf its the last thing she ever received from her deceased father. It has photos save files from games they played together they have not answered our questions regarding that the data will be safe and the repair will happen. We have called multiple times they keep saying they'll get back to us when the technician is in but still no answers. Horrible experience I just hope we can get the 3DS back with the data and memories intact.

I decided not to get it and to adventure back to the first location I seen it for $4. They have a lot of cool stuff but I find that a lot of it is a bit pricer unless you are a member and get the discount. The store was fairly quiet & chill. But of course it's been crickets from Barnes And Noble since I notified them of this. They don't actually care to rectify the issue.
