Overall, the store was very clean and the workers were pleasant. I was at the buffet for about one hour. Some of the pizza on the buffet line when I initially arrived was still there as I was leaving. Most of the pizza that I ate, with the exception of the requested buffalo chicken, was lukewarm. Some of the pizza was over cooked. The chicken was atrocious. Again, overcooked, and not hot. I've been to many Pizza Ranch locations over the years. I've had positive experiences with most. The Marshall restaurant is an embarrassment to the name.
