My apologies for assuming this was for deliveries and coming over to the counter to speak to you. So I go down to the pick up area to grab my donuts and box of coffee and a lady slides the box of coffee over to me, walks away and says nothing. So I stand there for a minute waiting for her to come back and she doesn't so I ask someone else (and say excuse me several times) before someone finally acknowledges me and I ask if it came with cups. The lady from down the way YELLS "IM GRABBING THEM" well then maybe communicate that to someone? You said nothing and walked away so I was respectfully asking so I didn't keep standing there if it wasn't being taken care of. It's insane to me that you can tip 20% on a basic pick up order and still be treated like you just inconvenienced someone for asking them to do their job. I also don't understand how this location is staffing 10+ people who all just looked to be standing around, talking, singing music, and not doing their job. It wasn't as good as the one at the original Solar Roast. And I had to add a whole bunch of sugar to make it drinkable for me. The cayenne was great as always. My friend got the lavender mocha which was kinda strongly sweet in the beginning. Turns out she just had to mix it well. After that, it was delicious. And I say this even though I don't like lavender in my drinks. We also got the chicken pesto and the ham and cheese croissants. The chicken pesto was YUM. Lots of pesto, which is the trick. Heavy so I took half home. The ham and cheese wasn't anything special as per my friend. The ambience is bright and the walls have a cool abstract pattern. All in all, we really liked this and will come again next time we are in Pueblo West.
