He added fresh mulch to my front and rear landscaping. He also pressure washed my sidewalk, rear patio, and soffits. See for yourself the excellent job he did in the before and after pics I posted. Our experience with Hoss Landscaping (or whatever name they are using today) was nothing short of horrible. If only they could deliver as well as they can sell a project, they would be successful. From start to finish, the service was woefully lacking, starting with their communication. We had to follow up to find out when they were arriving after we got a scheduled date. They were late and didn't reach out to tell us they were going to be late. They ended their work and didn't finish. They didn't tell us when they were going to come back. Once again, we had to reach out to find out when they were coming back. They gave us a day and did not show up on that day. They showed up the following day on our camera system and provided no notification whatsoever. Unprofessional! Each time we spoke to someone, they introduced themselves or answered the phone representing a different business name. Sometimes it was Hoss Landscaping and sometimes it was Local Landscapers. The names were different on our contract and invoices as well. They did work on our flowerbed that was not authorized, such as adding in brick we did not ask for or need since we already had brick that they initially agreed to use. When it was time to pay, I asked about financing, which we were told initially was an option. The owner of the company told me that financing takes two weeks to get approved, people don't usually get approved and he preferred I didn't finance because he needed to pay his guys. When my husband spoke to him, he had the audacity to ask for his credit score. Disrespectful! To add insult to injury, they left debris (from other jobs we assumed) in our flowerbed, did not replant our monkey grass bushes they dug up, cut our sprinkler hoses in two places, failed to add fresh mulch (as promised), and failed to incorporate a drain pipe in the stonework around the flowerbed and two trees. To say the least, this a horrible company that did a horrible job!
