I'll make this review simple: Red Carpet did an excellent job cleaning our couch. We have two dogs and a baby, so this job was much needed. My husband and I even considered purchasing a new couch because we just couldn't take it anymore because our puppy had made an accident right on the couch. It was not pretty. Red Carpet came and cleaned and you couldn't even tell that my dog had done that. I believe Joe came to clean it and he was amicable and professional. And he also made quite good friends with our crazy dogs who were the reason for this cleaning in the first place. Our couch smells and looks brand new. So glad we didn't have to buy a new couch. I hired Red Carpet to clean three rooms, they did a fine job, considering the condition of the carpet it was actually remarkable except for one ketchup stain that I easily removed with furry freshness. I got there early to let them in and turn lights on, due to a scheduling mishap they came a few hours after the appointment, no big deal, I left a key and told them how to lock up. I returned to the property a few hours later only to find a brand new 50 foot LED work light set was missing. Of course they denied taking it, but they were the only people other than myself with access to the property. The over the phone estimate was $117 with $25.00 on line coupon.The process was a bit old fashion to me using a spray foam industrial floor scrubber and a wet & dry vac .The cleaning process took 1 hours 45 minutes.
