Every thing went well. The driver was very courteous and friendly. We really had a great time.

We booked a 2 way from and to the airport. Was supposed to be charged a flat fee and then got hit with another $150.00. We had to cancel the trip out to the airport and the did nothing on a refund or credit and they never left the building. I will never use them again and we use limo service a ton. *Keep a paper trail of any communication you have with them* Recently hired RCL for a night out during a bachelor party and all communication was over the telephone. I initially called about a reservation for Friday, but over the phone communicated that our preference was Saturday. They sent the limo on the wrong date and provided absolutely ZERO refund. They were paid for 8 hours to effectively show up and leave. They offered us the opportunity to pay them further the following night to take them out - we declined. Judging by some of the other reviews, it appears they've had the details wrong more than once. read more

My wedding was this past August and we had red carpet provide the shuttle for our wedding guests and a party bus for our bridal party. Both drivers were fantastic and so polite! The vehicles were clean and mini bar was an added bonus. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of limousines for their wedding! read more

We used the service for transportation for my 50th birthday party. Our driver, Kolby, was on time and was really nice, and patient with our rowdy crowd! The signal where he picked us up was really bad so his GPS wouldn't load, and he took us the way he knew (which was longer, but not his fault), and he actually offered to refund us for the extra time it took us to get where we were going. The van was really clean and was very comfortable! The AC didn't seem to be working great, but it wasn't uncomfortable. Kolby respectfully checked in with me on time when we were approaching the end of the night to ask if I'd like an extension, which was appreciated. Hired their stretch H2 to transport our wedding party for pictures. Received a phone call the day before confirming the pick up times and locations which was great. Driver was early and very courteous. The ride was great! Also hired a passenger vehicle to pick my wife and I up after the reception. The driver was on time but we took longer than expected. I apologized to the driver and he was very courteous and understanding. Both vehicles were very clean and the drivers were very professional. Highly recommend! read more

This company ruined my wedding. They had all the facts of the wedding wrong, The limo smelled like cat pee and the driver cussed at my 8 year old son. I really wish I wold of read the reviews before hiring them. I paid way more money then what I needed to and they refused to issue a refund after a month of arguing with them and disputing charges the only money that was returned was $300 of the $1400 I paid. Great experience. We had the mini party bus for a bachelor party. We had a few stops throughout the evening. Friendly driver drops you off and picks you up right at the main entrance at our stops. First class hospitality! Also, We were able to pair our phone to the bluetooth sound system in the vehicle to listen to our own music. Getting a quote was easy. Just call in to the office and describe your event and professional and pleasant staff will make a recommendation as to what type of vehicle would best fit your needs. I was in a wedding party who had the unfortunate experience of selecting this company to provide our transportation. First, the driver was rude. The limo didn't blow any cold A/C, the wedding was on a day that was over 90 degrees - SO... we were sweating our balls off!. The driver admitted that owner knew this was the case, yet still sent this limo. The limo wasn't big enough to accommodate the wedding party. The stereo didn't work. They watered down the booze. It was a totally disgusting experience. When the owner was asked to compensate for this appropriately, he blew everyone off and avoided all communication. If you're reading this - I beg you to choose a different company! Show this company that doing the right thing is what keeps you in business! read more

NOT a wise choice for a wedding/event...look the other way! We were promised a vehicle that would comfortably suit our wedding party of 16...unfortunately, we couldn't fit everyone. Next...the air conditioning blew hot air...literally, hot air. Opening the windows didn't help...our wedding was on a 91 degree Saturday (June 13th). Next...the stereo stopped playing half way to our first destination...we had no music for 75% of the trip. The driver confirmed that the air conditioning did not work when the vehicle was put on the road in the morning, yet it still got sent out for our wedding...our WEDDING. The driver also called us 3 weeks after our wedding, stating that he was released from the company for opening his mouth. He also told us that the company waters down their liquor, which I can't repeat as fact, but it's what I was told Spoke with the owner (Josh) about the experience a day before we left for our honeymoon. He assured me that he would refund the limo, once we got back..."go have a good time and we'll follow up when you're back (paraphrased)." Since our return, phone calls and emails go unanswered...nothing has been done to remedy the situation. Overall, it was a horrible experience. This was our WEDDING and we got shuttled around in a silent, hot and beat up limo. read more

My son got married this past Saturday and the bride's family used Red Carpet Limousine Service for the wedding party. The driver, Kurt, was great; very professional and friendly. The company was very helpful when my daughter left her cell phone and camera behind in the limo after being dropped off at the reception. The driver made a special trip on Sunday to meet her after he found her cell phone in the vehicle. In addition, the owner, personally went through the vehicle to find her camera, which was returned several days later. Wonderful customer service....will not hesitate to use them again! I have used this service for my daughters proms and later for her wedding. Each time we were super satisfied! The drivers were all very professional and took excellent care of my daughter and her friends. For her wedding they were prompt and the party bus was clean and lots of room. Driver was professional and helpful, at the outdoor venue for their pictures he went above and beyond to ensure the bridal party did not ruin their dresses, drove them as close as he could to each spot.
