Great, fresh fare. Expensive but I expect the airport to be spendy - especially for a health conscious lunch choice. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and courteous. He was taking orders and waiting on staff. I'm always impressed with positive, happy people working at the airport. (As we know, airports can be stressful!) oh man! we were pretty excited for a darn good burger and experience was sadly disappointing. the servers were all chatting while we sat for about 10 minutes at a table - so we went to the counter to order our food. Agree with others - the menu provides a description of a fantastic burger - but what you receive is far from what you expect. The bun on the burger is huge! ended up taking the top off to actually taste the flavor of the burger. Our fries were cold and thinking that oil hasn't been changed in sometime as they were wilted and quite soggy with grease. The tomato and lettuce were a bit past the prime and had to be removed to eat. The condiment bottles on the tables were filthy - i actually had to go to the washroom and wash my hands after using to get the slime layer which was happily living on my palms.. yuk! read more

It's a burger. That's what you will get if you eat here but nothing to write home about. I got the double barrel burger that came with fries. Everything sounded so good on paper. So much for an award winning burger. It will definitely fill you up with the portion size but don't expect anything else. Hands down my favorite place to hangout before my flight out of MSP Airport! I frequent Minneapolis quite often and after my work is done i head home to Texas and i look forward to relaxing before i board my flights... My bartender friends Tatum, Jammer & Molly at the Red Cow are alwayz welcoming. I look forward to seeing them every time i fly out of MSP and they greet me with my usual drink "Loon Juice" and double Crown Royal & cranberry... Amazing burger and very nice staff. Great seats, however they use plastic straws and plastic covers. It's like the owners don't care or know they can pay for alternative straws and covers that would barely affect the prices. It's either they don't know about the alternatives or worse they don't care. read more

The food was pretty good- we stopped here before a flight on our one mini vacation of 2020, only to have to listen to the bartender speak her political views the entire time. It threw our vacation off on the wrong start, and is overall very rude and distasteful to talk about your political opinions in public, much less your place of work. I understand that it's an airport restaurant, but the service was exceptionally slow. The place was probably half full, and after about 15 minutes a waitstaff approached me and took my order. I ordered a Bloody Mary (asked for a single shot, got charged for a double) and sticky wings. The wings were a little burnt. The food came out without any napkins or silverware, and it wasn't until I was done eating that she asked if I needed anything. I asked for a napkin and the check, and got it about 25 minutes later. Prices are airport inflated (6 wings and drink were over 25). Maybe they were short an employee or something, but don't go here if your flight takes off within two hours. I usually really enjoy the Red Cow but this place is no good. read more

I was laying over from Michigan on my way to Houston. Saw two smiling faces behind the bar so i stopped in. I was greeted promptly and instantly felt comfortable. Tatum and Molly were personable and warm and quite funny. I laughed and drank my Bud Light in happiness. I definitely recommend RedCow at the airport. Decent burger, but not worth enduring the awful service. Person taking our order was slow and surly. Two of our three burgers came out wrong. Took 20 minutes from order to getting our basic burger, which is absurd for a "food truck". I had to ask multiple staff members for an update on our order, and none showed any concern over the delay, which does not bode well in an airport. Owners need to either shift a bit more of their premium price to staff, or replace the manager. Will be walking on by this place in the future. read more

I stopped in tonight on my way back to DFW. Got the Ultimate burger. It was great! Little greasy- but really, really tasty. Fries were good- hand cut style... and there was a ton of them! The fella that helped me tonight was very efficient, polite and friendly. The airport location is a disappointment. I've enjoyed all of the other Red Cow locations I've visited but the service here was severely lacking. I waited over 10 minutes to be noticed by one of the few waitstaff, then waited 20 more minutes to be told that the bartender couldn't make the Old-Fashioned I had ordered but I could have a Manhattan. I asked for just water then watched as my server held my straw up to his mouth as he was trying to answer another patron's question. It took quite a while for my food to arrive and when it did, it was no longer hot. read more

Molly was the best bartender ever! Pleasant, attentive, and patient. I spilled my bloody right after she poured it and she without skipping a beat made me a new one and cleaned it up with a smile. Stopped here on the way to boarding- we ordered two salads and given airport standards, were surprised to find that they were both excellent -flavorful and well-dressed. Philip at the cash register was a pleasure to interact with. My only tip would be to make sure that you are not too short on time or running to your flight, as the orders to-go were taking about 15 minutes. read more

Service was very slow and there was no attention to detail. We wanted to eat at the bar but there was not two seats together so we purchased our food and sat down waiting for our burgers. In the meantime I wanted to get two beers, but the bartender said we needed to wait for the waitress. So fair enough, I get that but we waited 20 minutes for the waitress to even notice us. By that time the burgers that were just ok were half done, our flight was twenty minutes from the boarding process to start. The service was poor, it would be the last eatery I will go to next week when I'm back at MSP. read more

Red Cow is one of my favorite burger joints, but this visit really disappointed me. Overdone burger, dry bun that was falling apart and greasy fries. On top of that poor service. I normally don't call people out in posts like this, however, I will be doing so this time. Anna (the apparent waitress), aka the lady walking around a portion of the restaurant is the reason for this rating. After waiting 30 minutes without her even acknowledging our presence the kind gentlemen next to us tried to tell her that we wanted to order - after she finally dropped off their check. At that point she looked at us and put her hand up saying one minute. However, she never returned. We ended up going to the bar to order our beverage and overhead the bartenders questioning each other on why several people from the tables had come up to order with them and not her. We finally got her to acknowledge us as we were leaving however! We had left the table and she chased us down to tell us where the garbage can was and bar glasses should go. I love Red Cow and have one across from my work, however, after this experience I don't think I'll be returning - unless change happens. That is not customer service. read more

I come here every weekend for the breakfast. It is always cooked right and my eggs are PERFECT and the food comes out so fast!! The cook sure is speedy! I've never had a problem with my breakfast once so that makes this my favorite morning spot at the airport. Would be five stars but took awhile to get service. Not bad but not great. read more

Terrible service. I walked out because 3 separate waitresses kept pointing to my waitress assigned to my table. Couldn't get her attention because she kept talking to the kitchen staff and just kept refilling the soda cups and lids. I wasn't the only who walked out after watching this. read more

Food Trucks in an airport? Sign me up. From the moment I heard about a 60% ground beef, 40% ground bacon burger, I knew I had to have it. Even though it was the farthest place from my gate, I hustled over to try it out. Unfortunately, just like most airport restaurants, the people working there just dont care about anything. The service is extremely slow. Doesn't matter if they are busy or slow. I've tried 3 times now, and every time its the same "who cares " attitude. If you get your food in less than 30 minutes, consider yourself lucky. The burger is excellent, but I can't reccomend going out of your way due to the service. Sometimes your food might be ready for several minutes before anyone notices. Last time I tried it, I asked how long it was going to take. He told me 7 to 9 minutes. 29 minutes later, I had to take the food on the plane with me, and I'm sure my seatmates were thrilled that I got the truffle fries. Great food, but save yourself the aggravation and eat somewhere else. read more

Walked in on a Saturday night with no reservations and was told it would be about 30 minutes for a table. We went to the bar which was full and was pleasantly surprised when a server handed us a drink and beer menu while we stood on the side, said to let anyone know when we were ready to order a drink. Few minutes later we had our drinks and within 15 minutes we were seated at our table. Our server was friendly, attentive and made a great recommendation on the tots for an app. I had the Ahi tuna burger and my husband had the bison burger. Mine was excellent, his was pretty good (said it was a little mushy but tasted great). A manager stopped by to make sure everything was good, nice touch on a busy Saturday night. We paid about $70 for 2 beers, 1 cocktail, an app and two meals. We will definitely be back! read more
