I would not put your valuables in this facility. No one is on site during the day or night. There is garbage and discarded furniture everywhere. Some of the unit doors were pushed in. The place looked like a wasteland. I called and set a move out date for 4/12/24. It's now 4/18/24 and no one has even been by to look at my unit so I can officially get outta there. read more

The absolute worst! I advise you to go ANYWHERE else. Non responsive to customer. Pathetic customer service. Will not prorate rent. Locked my unit for a week when my payment was up to date. Said their facilities maintenance man only comes around occasionally and they couldn't say when at first, then gave me a day he would be there and he didn't show up. No one is ever in the office. Such a poorly run business. They're more than happy to take your money, though. Stay away from this place!!! read more

Storage units are NOT the size stated...small driveway making it difficult to drive a truck and trailer in and to get around corners. Impossible if there is someone else already in the driveway. Paying via phone is a nightmare, you'll hold for at least an hour. However customer service once I got someone on the phone was polite. read more
