This place actually deserves 0 stars but that isn't an option…read more I began renting at this facility in December 2025. The rental rate was $25 a month. The lease agreement states I'll be notified 30 days before in writing when the rate increases. I set up auto pay and didn't really think about it. A few days ago I was charged $67 for the same unit. When I looked back in my email I received an invoice 14 days prior. I called today requesting a refund since I was not notified in time. They are outright refusing to honor their own contract. The man I spoke with alleges they cannot process a refund. Which is an outright lie because if you can process a payment you can process a refund. He tried to offer me a credit for next month which was inadequate. I reiterated to him that I do not want a credit because I no longer feel comfortable being a customer. He was rude and dismissive and alleged he could not transfer me to someone else. I have no other choice but get my attorney involved. This company is a total scam. Pay more on the front end and go with a reputable company who actually cares about their customers.
