If you're an amateur trying to get a big truck out pulling a car carrier, you're in big trouble. The service was also a bit bizarre. I ended up having to get the owner there to turn around my truck after dropping off the car carrier, and he totally hit one of the vans while I was watching--then tried to pretend it didn't happen. The next time I showed up, the sign said "lunch" and there was no one around.
