I'm on a 6 month contract to be filled every month. They delivered to my propane tank half of what they agreed to. now they want to charge rent for me not using enough propane. I had to turn my appliances off a few times because they told me they couldn't deliver because their trucks were broke down. You have to call or stop by to make a payment. No one will answer the phone and the office is always closed during their posted business hours. My neighbor said they told him they would deliver if he cleared his driveway. He paid someone to scrape snow off of his road. And they didn't show up until 3 weeks later. He said they wouldn't answer the phone after he called to tell them the driveway was clear. read more
