I started with a mushroom toast dish that was delicious. It was a crispy toast covered with fresh local Swedish mushrooms and a cream sauce. I loved it and would definitely recommend. I also ordered a salad with chicken. The salad was large and fresh but overall a little underwhelming. I hope to come a and try the steak. We actually managed to find one Swedish seafood appetiser, very nice. The fish and chips were good, very fresh fish and now a big statement....drum roll....the best chips I have ever eaten in my life by a long way. If you are an aficionado of chips, get a plane ticket (unless you conveniently happen to live in Jonkoping) and try these chips.
