I only review this place because they're not in Buffalo anymore and I see why smh. Over priced in my opinion, all the fried food tasted the same the pina colada was weak. Overall if I want seafood I'd rather get a boil yea sooo just my opinion

We came here on a Saturday night as a couple. It's nicely away from the action at Clifton Hill so we walked there and back (about 20 minutes each way) which was nice because we discovered the battlefield and museum along the way :) Even though RL was busy, we still got a table right away. Our server was very professional, although she seemed to raise an eyebrow when we ordered a litre of wine lol. The cheddar biscuits came right away, warm and delicious as always. For our mains we chose the Ultimate Feast, which you can tailor to your own tastes and the Bar Harbour Lobster Bake, which has so much more than lobster and comes on a bed of linguine. Both were huge plates that we enjoyed so much, even though we were tempted by the endless shrimp deal... we wanted to try it all! Too full for dessert, another good reason to walk back to our hotel :)

I'm a big fan of Red Lobster, ever since they shuttered them down in Quebec years ago, I make it a point to eat here when I visit Ontario. We stayed a night in Niagara and although I was tempted by a lot of other chain restaurants in the region, I relied on Red Lobster for usually consistent food, familiarity, and the free parking. We dined around 6pm on Friday August 14, the place wasn't too full despite there being only half of the tables available for dine in. Due to covid, many sections of the restaurant are closed off and the menu is also limited. Instead of your usual booklet with dozens of pages, everything is now condensed into a single sheet. I opted for a shrimp trio dish, there was breaded shrimp, garlic butter shrimp and an alfredo linguine with shrimp which was excellent. It also came with a side of pilaf rice. Everything was to my liking. My partner got the jumbo coconut shrimp plate which came with two sides, unfortunately the green beans and mashed potatoes were lacking flavor. Totally underseasoned and bland. For something so simple, not sure how they screwed up. Service was speedy and courteous, not too much to complain about but I suppose it's hit or miss. It's hard to read any facial cues when all servers wear masks so we weren't sure if our server was happy or annoyed to serve us or keep refilling our beverages.

Red Lobster is my birthday go-to every year! Even during the height of the pandemic, we ordered it in on the date. When I planned my mini birthday getaway to Niagara Falls, I knew Red Lobster would be birthday dinner. I've always ordered the Ultimate Feast, but was always a bit disappointed by feeling forced to order an extra shrimp scampi to sub for Walt's shrimp since I'm gluten-free. I've always been disappointed, too, that Red Lobster doesn't offer GF pasta because before I found out I had a gluten allergy, I would always order the snow crab alfredo pasta dish. They really need to get GF pasta...so many other restaurants have it. This year, I went on the website to order and saw they had some new dishes under the Classics category. I was able to get my three favourite dishes: lobster tail, snow crab legs and scallops. I did have to order two entrees, but it was my bday so I didn't care. I brought the leftovers home with me. I got the two lobster tail platter, which had a Caribbean lobster tail and one Cold Water Maritime tail. They had a separate order of snow crab legs, which was a huge portion. I ordered those two entrees and a side of bacon-wrapped scallops. Because there were two entrees, I was able to order fries, rice, lobster mashed potatoes and slaw. Lots of sides to take a couple of bites of and save for the next day. There were four cheese biscuits, which I used to love...shame on them for not offering these in a GF option. I eat GF full-time...it's not that hard. Everything was cooked perfectly. I got to eat all my favourites, even if it was a little pricey, but I don't count pennies on my birthday. I had tons of leftovers to bring home the next day. They did include lots of butter and a crab cracker in the plastic version, so everything was just perfect. I still won't eat out due to the Covid scare, but this was the best birthday dinner order-in I could imagine. Will definitely eat there again once things open up...or order in if things go South again, lol. Great food! Exquisite!

We came here last weekend for dinner and although the food and service were as I expect from Red Lobster, the front of house staff left a lot to be desired. When I arrived, the girl at the front was busy chatting with a friend and completely ignored me. Not wanting to interrupt, I wait a minute to see if she was going to wrap up her conversation and actually start to work, when another couple walked through the door behind me. She looked past me and asked how many were in their party and that it would be a 10 -15 minute wait. At that point, I interrupted and pointed out that I had already been waiting. She roller her eyes and apologised to the couple that had just arrived. I'm sorry, what? Long story short, they were still seated before us. We didn't have to wait long but still, it's the principle of the thing. Our server, Craig was awesome though and despite having a large party seated right next to us, he never made us wait and was attentive throughout our meal. Maybe he could give the front of house staff a lesson on customer service. Just a thought.

Good and fast service everytime I dine in. Food has simple flavors but still tasty and I'm always full at the end of my meals- shrimp linguine is MY FAVE! the garlic shrimp is usually tasty but in my last visit was EXTREMELY salty

My family and I came here for dinner, while the restaurant was busy, we were able to get a table for 8 right away. Four of us ordered the classic surf and turf and 3 of us ordered the shrimp trio for our mains with steamed mussels to start. The servers were quick, precise, attentive and friendly. I liked that we didn't have to wait long to get refills on drinks or biscuits! When our food came, they came prepares as we requested, except lobster came a little bit overdone. Again because our server was attentive, he noticed that we weren't too happy with something and asked us, when we complained about the lobster, he immediately said he would replace them. But since my parents were hungry, they said "don't worry about it" and we proceeded to eating. Upon getting our bill, we realized that they had given us a generous discount. A nice touch to an almost perfect dinner!

Good hearty family restaurant and ideal place for sea food lovers! It was my first time going to Red Lobster and definitely will not be my last. This popular restaurant chain seems to have locations everywhere but in Montreal - so being in Niagara, we had to go! We went on a Saturday evening so it was completely packed. There was a queue to get into the site parking alone and the car-park is very tight and not great so we parked elsewhere. Inside, there was a waiting time of about 15-20 minutes to get a table. From the waiting area, it did not look that big inside but when directed to our table, I noticed there are 3 / 4 large areas full of seating. The interior is cosy with low ceilings and a typical American family-restaurant type feel. We ordered the Shrimp Trio plate, which is shown as a single meal but looking around, we could see their portions are huge. The waiter seemed a little annoyed about this but after explaining, agreed that it is better to share. The plate really was HUGE, definitely enough for two people. I loved everything - from the creamy shrimp linguine to the garlicy grilled shrimps, it truly was shrimp galore! The signature red lobster garlic 'biscuits' are complimentary and a real treat- they just melt in your mouth and are super delicious! Good service, delicious food but absolutely freezing inside... the AC is on full blast and I was literally shivering so have to knock-off a star as I hate cold food. Be sure to bring mints 'cause there is a good heap of garlic in everything! Not that I minded of course... :)

First time going to a Red Lobster. Super wide selection of fish and seafood (at least in this location in Niagara, don't know how the other locations are), it may seem a bit pricey at a first glance but portions are huge and given the quality, it is worthy. I ordered the shrimp trio and while the shrimp linguine were a bit greasy and disappointing, the garlic shrimp was excellent and super tender. Service was OK and the cheese bread they serve as appetizer is delicious. I could have eaten 100 of those.

About a 10 minute drive from the falls. Food is consistent. Service is good. Price is 1/2 what you would pay than eating near the falls.

The place looks like a home that was converted into a restaurant with parking in the back but once you enter, you feel like you are going into one of your Auntie's places for an actual home cooked meal. And they did not disappoint! Each dish was made to order and took a short time but you could tell it was prepared by a chef with a lot of experience and care--just looking at how the veggies were chopped/diced you can see they put their energy into each dish. The flavors were really superb and not at all overpowering and one major bonus--nothing was over salted or over oily as you might think typical Chinese food can get. Our party of 4 loved every bite and finished all our dishes, no leftovers. As you can see in the photos, they make an excellent meal. Prices are also very affordable and competitive with anything near the touristy areas. So if you want a solid, great meal prepared by a true mom & pop kitchen that feels like a home cooked meal, you really gotta try them out. I asked them how business was in summer vs winter and they said it's tough when it's winter (less tourists) but they make it work. It's also nice and quiet/intimate so you can have an actual conversation with your group rather than try to talk over some loud music at a chain restaurant! ----TL;DR---- Pros: excellent Chinese cuisine at very affordable prices and great portions. Not too salty or oily. And super nice, friendly owners who provide great service and great food. Cons: not easy to walk to from the main strip but if you have a car it's an easy drive. Skip the touristy places and come here! Bottom Line: it was the best meal we had in Niagara Falls and everyone was full and satisfied. I'd definitely go back again.

She had the chicken and I had their new mushroom pasta as mains. Very good. Boyfriend had a Caesar salad and some steak - I think it was a striploin - he didn't care that much for the steak which was a bit tough. He would definitely stick with the filet mignon next time. Great restaurant and absolutely one of the better dining options in Niagara Falls. Also 18+ so no children running around, and great atmosphere. Beautiful fireplace. All I would add is ambiance music or something (if there was any, we couldn't hear it).

She repeatedly apologized when there was a lull in meat coming by, though she doesn't really have any influence over how fast things come out, aside from telling the meat-servers what we wanted. Firstly, parking: It's all free, but the lot adjacent to the restaurant has 20 spaces for a business that seats 200 people. Arriving cars are to wait at the curb outside for the white shuttle to arrive, then follow this to a free parking place two blocks away. Reverse the process to leave. It's difficult to enter and exit a high van in a tight skirt and high heels. Just saying. We arrived just in time to see the 8pm floor show, but the music was so loud I was praying for it to end. To order from the menu for AYCE side dishes, you have to have a phone that can scan the QR code: No printed menu was forthcoming, and the print on my cell phone was too small for my husband to read. The music was so loud it made conversation impossible, so I made the choices. The kitchen had already run out of mashed potatoes, and green chimichurri sauce by 8pm, and they seat until 11pm on Saturdays. I was not impressed. There's a chaotic way the servers with the meats circulated. Some tables were served steak three times while we were never served. It's a $90 per person meal where drinks and desserts are extra, our table wobbled horribly, and we couldn't speak to each other. It was the opposite of hospitality. How loud was the music? I'm writing this the next morning and my ears are still ringing. There are many other steakhouses on this side of town: Brasa, Ruth Chris, STK. Next time, I'll try one of them.

While we waited for each course, the restaurant revolved, giving us views of the three waterfalls and Niagara. On the non- moving ledge were facts about the falls and the city inside plexiglass. I enjoyed reading about the daredevils who went over the falls and the history of the city. Megan and Mary were a fantastic service team. They kept our water glasses full, took away plates as we finished each course - salad, the main course and dessert - and even took our photo. Everything was delicious! When I mentioned it was my birthday, they insisted I take home a birthday cake. They also asked Douglas, the piano man, to play the HAPPY BIRTHDAY song for me. When we got on the elevator for the top of the Skylon, we got off to a view that was breathtaking. I thought the view of Niagara Falls was the perfect end to our perfect dining experience - until we got back to the hotel. At the hotel I opened my birthday cake.
