Our visit was amazing. The manager meet us and our server Trinity was new in her role and let us know when she came to our table to take our drink order. Her emotional intelligence and ability to communicate where she is still growing in her position and how we can let her know we need something in advance was a breath of fresh air. My fiance , two year old son, and I dined here this evening and had a horrible experience. Our meal came out wrong and there was something definitely off with the steak we ordered. We asked to substitute our steak for a lobster tail because the steak was overcooked and tasted bad. We also asked for no bacon on our mac and cheese and we told our waitress it was wrong, but she forgot to replace it when putting in the order for the lobster tail substitution. Not only was our meal wrong but we waited 30 min for the lobster tail. Our drinks also were empty the majority of the time. When the lobster finally came we asked for boxes for our other food, the waitress forgot and we had waited a very long time before she finally came back to us. We could tell she was struggling to manage all of her tables so we did not make a big deal of it, but when we asked for our check we waited another 15-20 min and finally my fiance got up to look for a manager to pay our tab and tell him about our experience. While he searched for a manager, I used the restroom and someone cleared our entire table including the food we boxed up. We had a full appetizer, the whole lobster tail we waited for, and the rest of our left over food all in boxes on the table, and someone took everything while our phone and personal items were still on the table. When my fiance approached several servers to find manager no one could locate him. They finally found him and all he did was take off $9 from our bill. He didn't fix the mac and cheese that came out wrong, the steak that we sent back to the kitchen, nor did he do anything about all the food we had boxed up that disappeared from our table. Chasing down a manager then having all of the food we paid for thrown out was a less than desirable experience, and now we aren't sure we could ever come back to this restaurant. I've been going there since I was a child back before cheddar biscuits were a thing. Back then you got hush puppies (Red Lobster in Virginia), not biscuits if you can believe that! I loved the food then and I love it now! I love the cheddar biscuits now that Iv'e had some years to adjust to the change (LOL). The drinks are delicious...and big! The all you can eat shrimp is amazing! Lobster fest is something I look forward to every time! Ambiance is nice, tables are far enough apart so you have some privacy. Good for a date night. My husband and I stopped in for a date night. I got the Bairdi crab legs and he got the steak. It was wonderful! The Cajun wasn't spicy and was flavorful. my husband's opinion on the steak was that it didn't even need A1 sauce. And our server was Kevin, he took PHENOMENAL care of us! read more

The food was a big disappointment! The biscuits that I like so well, had no flavor like they didn't brush it with anything and it wasn't soft like normal. I believe they had been sitting under a warmer too long. I ordered the fish and chips. The fish was really oily and one piece of fish was tough. I ate a couple of bites and it just wasn't good! The service was good, the girl did a good job and I did tip her because the food wasn't her fault! Also the two small pieces of fish seemed small for the price! The food tasted okay at best. You now have to pay extra for a salad. The portions were extremely small. The service was good. We were asked if we needed anything often. The ambiance was awful. Felt like we were eating in a storage area. Extra chair and walkers beside us. We were right behind the wait staff counter. We had to listen to management ask the staff how many appetizers one of the waitresses was going to sale tonight. We could hear the staff laughing in another room. Stopped in for Lunch in Norman OK. We had heard about the new menu items (Specifically the new seafood Boils) It was absolutely delicious. If you haven't tried them you need to asap! I took my parents for family dinner on account we was wanted seafood and it been awhile since we had red lobster we went and first the lady lied and said it was going to be a 20 minute wait turned out it was a hour we waited I went and asked how long on account of people were coming in after us and we're immediately set and that same person said three people are in front so five people came and we got in another lady called us in and said sorry about the wait when she seated us the tables was dirty and the took 2hours to get to us and the food was nasty would definitely not come back and the staff was very rude read more

We had not been to a Red Lobster in quite a while. We decided to go back and our waitress was very sweet. I believe we had some sort of special platter , which we split. We each had a lobster tail, some shrimp scampi and grilled shrimp, loaded baked potato and a salad. It was all fabulous. We ate at Red Lobster in Norman, Oklahoma for Father's Day. We were seated at table 106. Our server was Zack and he was very professional, brought our drinks and delicious bread right away. Refilled our glasses in a timely manner. Took our order and checked in with us as we waited for our food. The restaurant was very busy, so it took a little bit longer for the food to arrive. Everyone has that one place that you think "I want to go there. We haven't been in a long time". The reason you haven't gone is because it's sucks. But it's been so long that you have forgotten how much it's sucks. For me it was Long John Silvers. Now it's also Red Lobster. It's expensive and the food is not good. The lobster was tough and chewy. The endless shrimp was far from fresh this decade. The cheddar biscuits were awesome but not worth the $150 tab. They sell the mix at Sams. We went to Red Lobster this evening. Took a while to get seated and we were the only ones waiting to be seated. The hostess was like I need to go check these tables to see if they are clean. Which she never did. She seated us at a semi clean table. Finally got seated and sat there and sat there. Many waitresses and waiters passed us. No one acknowledged us. After waiting a while longer we finally got up and walked out. No one acknowledged that either. Would have been understandable if they were swamped, but they weren't. So disappointed. I feel like Red Lobster has just lost its touch. In the past few years their restaurants have gotten make overs, the menu design, new menu items and a few other things. But, it just is not the greatest. I feel like they are trying to hang on for as long as they can. But, I give them maybe 5-7 years and they may go away like Sears is. It is losing its wow factor. At one point during the night my waitress told me I do not need a cracker for my crab legs, but I will bring you one anyway. Um, really? I used it for the claw area. It was rock hard and very sharp. Normally I would not need a cracker but, these crab legs were not the normal. I wish the crab legs stayed warm. At this point I should just by the cheddar biscuit box mix, and crab legs and make it on my own. I'm. It sure we will be back. read more

We've been coming to this Red Lobster for 25+ years (often for family occasions). We've always had excellent service and here and the management is very accommodating and reasonable. Sure some of the flare isn't up there anymore but the food, atmosphere, service are as on point as ever. I'd you can, get a rez beforehand. read more

Red Lobster always goes the extra step for their customers. We love their biscuits, not so much the garlic butter the put on top, and if you ask they will bake some and not put the garlic butter on them. I am allergic to shrimp, and so when I order the salmon rice bowl, they are always willing to broil my salmon and make a substitute for the fried broccoli so that I don't have to worry about anything being contaminated with my allergens. We visited our local Red Lobster in Norman, Oklahoma. This is first time we have been disappointed in this restaurant. To start, when we receive our drinks, one glass looked like dried up buggers on our glass. Had to repeat our order twice the waitress was in outer space. Secondly whole eating our salad the had small children in the restaurant carrying cardboard box that came to our table wanting to sell box of candy while coughing at our table (gross). Then waitress we asked 2x to remove dirty salad bowls and empty cups. Finally got our meal had to wait 10 minutes to get the tools to break our crab legs open. We are extremely disappointed in this restaurant. This close to Christmas wanted to relax and enjoy , took 3 times asking for to go boxes, very very disappointed in this restaurant. read more

Server was amazing. She was very attentive throughout the night. Kept bringing us refills of drinks and biscuits. Which, let me be real, the biscuits are the main reason I'm so full. Those little round buttery cheesy clumps of delight are worth my pants being tight. The only bone I have to pick with this chain is the pricing is so dag gone high. It has got to start being more affordable. I know they mean for it to be a special occasion place, but they should get with the times and follow suit of other chains. Run better promos and make it marketable to younger folks that have an issue spending $50 on a meal. Besides for that, the fried shrimp was perfectly breaded, hot, and crisp. So tasty that I almost stole all of the ones off his plate. My chicken pasta was also hot off the press. I love when food is served super fresh. Both plates were beautiful and hot and delicious!
