It's Red Lobster and you get decent food and good service. We had a bit of a wait but it was dinner time so to be expected. I got the Baja shrimp bowl which is new and hubs got filet mignon. The food was really fresh and perfectly cooked. We love the cheese biscuits and were brought out plenty. The food arrived pretty quickly after and was really good. The bowl was a lot bigger than I expected and had a lot of mini shrimp. The steak was good perfectly and overall a great quick meal that's easy on the wallet. Went for a birthday celebration and it was great. Our server Whitney was wonderful. Shared a seafood platter and it was plenty for two.

Our last trip there (Peoria AZ/Arrowhead location) was disappointing on so many levels. The prices continue to rise and portion size continues to shrink. Dinner salads are now only available as a "upgraded" side. Service could best be described as "adequate", and to make things worse, they have removed the Ziosk table top devices, This means that they no longer accept "contactless" payments (including Apple Pay), but worst of all, it means that we have to suffer through another slow interaction with the wait staff to effect payment for the meal. I asked about the disappearance of the Ziosk devices and I was given some mumbo-jumbo about "too much fraud". I find that incredibly strange, as many other dining options have the Ziosk devices on their tables and none of them are pulling them because of "fraud". In fact, I have seen the number of other dining options add the Ziosk devices to facilitate table turnover, not to mention removing the obvious security concerns that come with a waiter/waitress taking my credit/debit card to the back room to process the transaction. We will not be returning for the foreseeable future... there are far too many other options for dining out for us to have to endure this treatment. read more

Came here for wife's birthday. We were a party of 4 with split checks. It was a Tuesday night and it wasn't too busy so we were seated immediately. I ordered the Ultimate Feast with my 2 sides being Caesar salad and loaded baked potato and wifey got Harborside Lobster and shrimp with an additional Maine lobster tail and her 2 sides were mashed potatoes and quinoa rice. Our appetizers were calamari and stuffed mushrooms and drinks were cranberry iced tea and Agave Vanilla Cream soda. This meal was superb, seafood was fresh and all food items were prepared absolutely perfect. Flavor was spot on and all hot food arrived sizzling at our table. Complimentary biscuits were amazing, not too salty and perfectly warm. This is one of those experiences that just makes you happy to be alive. Eating food here is like euphoria for the taste buds. I felt like I was back home in Hawaii while eating my Ultimate Feast. We have been eating at Red Lobster for many many years but this is my first Yelp review of them. Our server was very attentive and she made sure that we had all drinks filled and all items made and seasoned as requested. I requested my items to be prepared with no salt and this was done. Our bill was about $120 for two and we tipped $30 on top of that. I saw a sign inside to download the Red Lobster app to get points and rewards for every time you get food here so I did that. I might as well since I love this place and plan on coming here for a long time. Thanks for serving amazing seafood at this place. You have a great team at this location. Bravo to the cooks at the back of house and bravo to all the front of house staff. This is the true model of what a stellar dining experience should be. I went in for a bowl of lobster bisque which they USED to sell. Their lobster bisque was always the best. Today I had a cop of clam chowder. Too many potatoes and possibly 5 tiny pieces of clam. HORRIBLE tasting. I am so disappointed & will not ever be back! read more

It's a shame how Red Lobster has plummeted in offering really good food. Especially in light of the prices they charge. Sunday, May 5, 2025, special remembrance meal with family. I can NOT recommend the very fishy tasting seafood stuffed mushrooms. Nor the $$ dish they call Crab Carbonara. Quite awful really. Wouldn't even take the very large amount leftover home. However the waitress said it was her "favorite dish" and it was "so popular that diners wrote hundreds of letters asking for it back on the menu". So....in other words....what I thought of the dish that was NOT any kind of carbonara I ever had, was of no consequence. Guess who didn't get much of a tip. Although I did offer her my leftovers. Paid a visit here this past Thursday and experienced an amazing family birthday dinner with staff service and delicious food! We had a server name Jimmy who took care of us. He was very attentive and made sure we were doing alright. He brought out the food, which was all so tasty and filling. Red Lobster changes suck. They got rid of their lobster pizza, they eliminated sides from their meals, their calamari isnt the same, and honestly the biscuits lack from what they used to be. But if you go on a weekday during happy hour, love amazing service, and can deal with some of the changes, it is worth it. We love their shrimp scampi and that definitely has not changed. Another reason we continue to come is Shelly, the bartender server, in the bar area during daytime hours. I wish Red Lobster would do better and change some of their stuff back... but I cant blame the amazing staff. read more

Twenty hours later - RECOVERING FROM FOOD POISONING!!! Service: Ordered stuffed mushrooms - DID NOT RECEIVE. Friend's shrimp was stone cold w/ tartar sauce all over the outside of the small condiment container and all over her plate. Sent it back. Ordered soup to go and a mango iced tea to replace shrimp. Half of the Caribbean sugar supply was added to the ice tea. My friend later saying her soap went down and came back up. I had fish and chips they were decent. I usually don't use tartar sauce but I'd asked for extra cocktail sauce and I get tartar sauce instead. I suspect it's the tartar sauce that made me sick. looking back the color of the tartar sauce wasn't right. Usually Red Lobster is OK but nothing right about this visit. read more

Food and service at the Arrowhead location was absolutely incredible!!! Our server was Jimmy, and he was professional, courteous, attentive, made sure we had everything we needed, and treated us like friends, it was just wonderful!!!! Famous brand with overall good tasting food, chain restaurants are not only famous but consistent with good standards overall. This location delivers on these expectations. The server was friendly and took care of our tables needs. The biscuits are famous and still very tasty, but the may have less cheese in them now. The lobster tail was really good, I would rather have two of them as a meal than go with the trio from the "feast" ordered. The shrimp scampi was okay, not sure how the cook the shrimp that gives it a unique bite. The scampi sauce was good, but not great. Mistake I made was including the shrimp Alfredo, had a few bites and left the rest. The sauce was not flavorful and pasta could have been cooked better - overall that one was very bland. Ok haven't been to Red Lobster in around two years because it started not tasting as good. Decided to give it another shot Well the inside looks basically the same which is a good thing. Went around 6:30pm and it was around 25% full or less. I ordered my old favorite, the admirals feast. Kids and wife went for the chicken and fish and chips. One thing was noticed immediately. No salad included!!?? That was one of the best things. Oh well. The biscuits were ok just needed to be a little more crispy. On my plate, the fish was good, the shrimp was under cooked and mushy, the scallops were mushy, the clam strips were ok, the baked potato and green beans were good. My tarter sauce was a little sour. The other plates reported "it's so-so and it's ok". Nobody was impressed. Our waiter Shawn was good and kept our drinks filled and stocked with biscuits. I did the two for order, and we got it through Uber eats. When it arrived my scallops look at there were swimming in a soup when it was supposed to be broiled as though I thought. They were super small as well. The rest of my order was the catfish which I have no problem with same thing with my green beans, but overall I was very dissatisfied. This was just my portion of the order as we got lobster and steak as well. my husband got lobster tails which had nothing thing as far as dipping sauce, and the steak that he ordered was way under cooked and what he asked for. I've eaten a mini red lobster's before but for me getting the order home was very unsatisfying. You can see from my photos what I got personally. Will I come back here? That all depends but for now probably not. Because of what you order because you might not get what you want. *Update* A received a response (as seen below). This is my thoughts as again, they did not message me or reach out on here to fix the issue: I find this very distasteful and unsatisfactory! Rainy Day and had a Gift Card. We had not been to a Red Lobster in awhile. We were greeted with a smile and had an amazing Server Christine C. our server went over the menu, explained some of her favorites and grabbed us some water and there famous biscuits untill we made up our mind. We settled on The Lobster and Shrimp Tacos with the Jalepeno slaw, pico de gallo, sauce and grilled tortillas were so Beautiful presented and delicious. My spouse got the Sailors platter was a lot of food. Came with Popcorn shrimp, shrimp scampi ( could of used some noodles in sauce) and flounder. the flounder was very thin but coating on the Fish was very tasty. Red Lobster is not the Restaurants you find on the Coast with the Fresh Seafood but this was really Good Food today and A Great Server. We even signed up for the rewards program who doesn't love points and freebies. With the quality of food and service we will be back very soon. read more

Well, it looks like this location hasn't given the good service and vibes that we got. We went here to eat before our show at ABT, which is right around the corner. We arrived early, thank God, as it filled up quickly. Let me tell you and every restaurant manager out there...hire happy, appreciate servers!!! We hadn't been to a Red Lobster in forever and it will be forever before we ever go again. Sometimes you just endure for friends. The biscuits were the best part! Also our server was very good and super friendly. You can keep the rest of the visit to the place is worn and dated, crab crackers were cheap and useless, crab legs were skinny and very meatless. Been ordering from red lobster for many years. I've never had a problem until today. I ordered 2 6oz filet meals like I usually do and when I received my order we had what looked to be 2 sirloin steaks. When we called the restaurant to inform then that they had the wrong steaks so they didn't make that mistake again we were directed to the general manager. When we told the Manger about our order they said "I helped make that order. That the filets come in many different sizes." While we are aware they come in different sizes, the only steak we eat are filets, they don't come in many different shapes. Came in and had the sirloin steak and the New Orleans salmon- food was really really really bad- asked for medium on the steak, it was well done, no pink at all- The salmon skin was chewy and the salmon itself was tasteless, no seasoning, no Flavor. The plate was hot to the touch which means they kept the salmon under the warming lamps while they overmade the steak- sad. The only reason it's getting 3 stars was because our waitress Sierra was really great, attentive and prompt. Great service! Wish the food was equally as good- not even close. read more

3 hungry guys just enjoyed a great dinner at Red Lobster in Peoria, AZ (across from the Arrowhead Mall). No waiting to be seated (restaurant about 3/4 full on a Sat night), immediate and enthusiastic service from our waiter, Shaun, and we were ordering our dinners within 5 minutes of being seated. Food only took about 20 minutes to prep (had the stuffed flounder), and it was hot and delicious. Even the broccoli, which is easy to under- or over-cook, was done to perfection. But our waiter helped to make it a specially good meal with his energy and excellent service (Shaun is not one of the really young ones waiting tables, and his maturity and experience shows in how he treats his customers).
