Catering experiences can vary greatly. What we experienced, from Adam Weinberger and his Double Diamond crew, were three great nights of well-prepared foods, served at the right termperature, plated thoughtfully, timed perfectly for the pace of each evening - and then cleaned up even to the extent of sanitizing our counters. Owner/Chef Adam's passion for what they do comes through in the variety of foods they prepared -- and in his and his fiance's (darn, I forgot her name) ability to work in the background of our family gathering, preparing menu items that demonstrated a real foodie focus.
