Went for a family day with our daughter and her family and they were very nice and accommodating.

Called to see what availability was to rent a lane and possibly make a reservation. Staff member who answered the phone was very rude. She informed me there was league and our group would need to be out by 5:30 if we did decide to come. When I asked on average how long it takes for a group of four to bowl to make a proper reservation and have sufficient time for bowling, she was very rude and short with me and was unwilling to help in answering my question. She ended up hanging up on me mid-sentence. They would do well to work on customer service. Very disappointed. read more

The lady working was exceptionally rude. She spoke to me as if I was a waste of her time. I wasn't aware of how things worked (first time here) and so I tried ordering food from the screens at the lane. When it didn't show anything available, I went up to the desk to ask about food options for the three kids I brought. She ignored me for a long time and then told me that all they had was freezer pizza. When I asked for a cheese pizza, she responded with a very aggressive tone of voice that they don't have any and that I should just order from Dominos which only takes twenty minutes to arrive. I like to hope that this woman is normally a nice person but seeing how rude she was willing to be to us, I don't know how likely that is. Her tone of voice was just awful and disrespectful. The fact that she never once looked at me when communicating was really frustrating. She rolled her eyes and just overall made it clear that I was bothering her. I doubt I will be back. Save yourself a really frustrating experience. This is definitely NOT a family friendly place. read more

This is a seedy bowling alley. The lanes don't always work! You have to manually select the reset button in between rolls. The bar really only has beer. No wine. But hey what do u expect?! read more

Went there to celebrate my little sisters birthday and had a great time. Had a vintage feel that brought me back to bowling as a kid.

If you're looking for a place to have a birthday party for any age, this is it! We celebrated my children's birthday party here and it was fantastic! It was easy to schedule, surprisingly inexpensive, the staff was phenomenal, AND I was able to bring outside food and non alcoholic drinks! Nice folks running this place. Has a vintage feel. Could use a little updating but we had fun for very few $$$$

We stopped into this outdated, dark and unwelcoming Place today. The place isn't a dump, but nothing on the outside draws you in. The inside could use some improvements and updates. The counter lady wasn't friendly, welcoming or pleasant to work with. She was just there for her paycheck. The place has nothing for food except insanely high priced frozen pizzas. They should consider lowering their prices down until they get some improvements. Once hey get those they can keeps their current prices which is high for bowling. read more

This place is terrible and corrupt. Don't do leagues here. It is not a family friendly environment. There was a league playing poker with pornography cards (full on nudity) with their bowling team in front of children. I had discussed this with other leagues when I saw this issue. They said they have complained about this particular woman and nothing has been done about it. No one was comfortable with this there but the woman was best friends with the night manager/bartender so it was just looked over. The women is apparently the league secretary. She did not do her job - one of her team mates did. She was drunk walking all over the bowling alley gossiping and swearing dropping many F words. Again inappropriate for a family environment. I called the manger and all he said was that he would talk to her about it. That was very terrible customer service. This is not a place where I will allow my loved ones to go when there is pornography, explicit words being thrown around and nothing being done about it. read more
