I'll start out by saying I used to love this car wash. I would drop it off dirty and it would come…read moreback immaculate, inside and out. I have a 21 f250, not a work truck that WAS in perfect condition. My last visit I got it back with several 1-2" paint chips on the hood. I went back, not angry and attempted to come up with a solution to the problem. It took over a week to finally get the owner to call me back. He said it must have been previous damage, that their pressure washers weren't capable of chipping paint etc. I just so happened to have a picture of my truck the day prior to the wash, he denied app responsibility. I am very dissapointed, I used to recommend them to my friends and family, now I have over $1000 in damage and was told they not only were not responsible but that it did not happen there. If they made it right, I would still take my truck there. Looks like I'm in the market for a body shop and a detailer
