It wasn't until we started working with Clay that we figured out what we were actually doing. With previous agents it was clear that it was all about a quick sale no matter what the house was. With Clay, it was about being quick but getting a great deal on a great home. With other agents, they would ask US what we wanted to offer on a home. With Clay, we started to tell him and he would respond by telling us he was going to do some research (some which he did late into the night) and get us a suggestion on a good offer based on the area, the competition, and other components. We absolutely LOVED working with the Red Sign Team. From the very first house that our awesome realtor showed us to when we got the keys to our very own home, they were there for us through the entire process. Thanks to the great help from Clay Winder and the Red Sign Team we just moved into our first home. I have been working with Clay for several years waiting for the best time to get into the market to purchase my first home.
