Most of their stock is kept in their store room below, so if you can't find enough skeins, just ask the store clerk and they will check their inventory. They often keep only one or two of each color by type on the floor because the place is really jam-packed with yarn. Their customer rewards program is a bit different than I've seen before - they give you an envelope to mail to back with 5 Vilfil receipts, which then entitles you to a future discount. My hotel (Hotel St. Gottard) also said this was the place to go for Rolex. I went in and was taken care of by one of the female staff members. She was very helpful and made the process painless considering the price tag. I left the shop with my watch and I really enjoyed the experience. The place is easy to find, clean and they make you feel special.
