The welcome I received from the receptionist was genuine and warm, as expected from a Welsh woman, as I was directed toward the comfortable waiting room. Once in the hygienist's chair, I was calmly guided through the procedure before any work had begun. The treatment that I received was, pared with the relaxed ambience of the practice's staff that I cam into contact with, the best that I had ever experienced, after having been to several private practices. Afterwards, I was able to book a sixth month followup, without issue, and felt more than confident that this would now continue as my regular routine.
