Drake Kaiser was the attorney I received through SC Legal Service for a pending court date. Mr. Kaiser was very uninterested and a worthless attorney. He said almost nothing in my defense while in court. He didn't even look over by paperwork until right before we entered the court room! The court was garnishing wages for child support from the father because he was not paying, which put him in arrears. The father did nothing for his child. I paid for all of my son's needs. Like doctors visits, clothes, supplies, food and to keep a roof over our heads. He never helped one penny. He never called or sent a card on his birthday or on holidays. As the father, he was supposed to provide just like I did and was court ordered to do so. In the end, it was my fault that the court overpaid him. (Still don't understand why) I was ordered to pay the father & his attorney fees. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this attorney!! *The only reason I gave him 1 star is bc I had to mark it to leave the review. if they would've given an option to give zero negative stars, I would've done that. read more
