There were only 2 other people there with me, so there was plenty of room. I could see how with 10 people the size might be a problem. The programming was good. There was a warm up, skill practice, strength and WOD. They were using the 5-3-1 program for strength which is what I use at home, so that was nice to work in. I will definitely be back again when I am in town and I would recommend it to anyone if they are nearby.

Perhaps the end of my relationship with this gym right? Wrong, they continue with a spam texts. When confronted on the matter, they accept no responsibility for spamming and instead provided snark. Poor attention to potential customers and even worse follow up. I'm sure there programs are decent and I see plenty of good reviews, but Austin (Founder I assume) shows his true people skills.

I attended the 5:30a class a couple times and really enjoyed the instruction, the motivation and the camaraderie. Austin (coach) has a background in Olympic weightlifting, which translated well (for me) as he had different ways to explain positioning and execution of landing and pulls in a lift. He's offered a variety of scaling options, and encouraged us (individually) to chase an option that would be tough. I'm very thankful that I was able to feel at home, while far from it, at Crossfit Oshkosh! Indy, Austin's dog, is pretty darn cool too!

The athletes were extremely welcoming and accepted all shapes, sizes, and ability levels with open arms in true CF fashion. Everyone chipped in to clean up after class. Every time (4 total) I attended a class, everyone wiped down their equipment and cleaned their workout area. The box is connected to a gym operated by the owner's husband allowing for an even better, overall fitness experience. The owner, who coached the classes I attended, was extremely knowledgeable in Olympic lifting and took extra time after class to work with me on cleans. Love this place. A wonderful home away from home. I will be coming back!
