We came around 11 am. Their website makes it seem like they have a lot of vegan options. They don't, really. There are a couple and most of them are sweet. I was hoping for something savory. We got avocado toast. My husband got his with an egg; I had mine plain. He had an iced caramel latte, and I had a plain cappuccino because that's the best way for me to judge the espresso, besides ordering a straight shot. Food was okay. Did not blow me out of the water. It was decent enough to eat, but a tiny, tiny portion for the price. Somewhere around ten to eleven dollars per toast. One slice of bread, a little avocado, a couple of tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar. Was it tasty? Yes. Was it worth ten dollars? I don't think so. I bought a full sourdough loaf for ten dollars. I understand service costs and all that, but still. Coffee was actually very good, though. My cappuccino had fruity notes, very smooth. They have different roasts, which is nice. The cups and plates are really cute, and the space itself is charming. The lady working seemed very overwhelmed. The place was full, decently loud, line kept getting longer the whole time we were there. My husband didn't love his coffee, and he's usually not picky at all, so that says something. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back. But if I needed a place to sit and do some work and didn't need to be on the phone, I'd probably consider it. I just think there are better places out there. Honest opinion. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. By far one of the most well designed coffee shops in the DFW metro. Beautiful seating areas offering dining style seating, lounge chairs and also sofas. The black ceiling in my opinion all restaurants should copy. That coupled with warm walnut tones on walls and tables set on a bleached lime floor , creates a quietly serene but modern space. And the coffee is good and strong. We got a cafe con leche and an iced moca. Both were delicious. It's a little far for me to come every day, but I would definitely come out this far for a special treat. read more

The venue may be a great place to socialize over a beverage, but not ideal for dining. Although it was late in the morning, I opted for the avocado toast. The only available seats ideal for dining were by the far window. Due to the distance, noisy crowd, and concern that I would fail to hear my name, I occasionally checked the counter if my food was ready which took about 15 minutes. Their pricing structure for coffee creamer was unusual. While ordering the drip coffee, another employee mentioned the creamer at the sweetener table was complimentary; otherwise, it would be an additional charge. I decided to pour it myself at the table. The employee who served my coffee did not know what sweetener was available at that table, but she had Splenda behind the counter. I discovered they had only raw sugar and stevia packets. Rather than go back to the busy counter, I opted for the raw. The avocado toast was sufficient for a light snack. The small plate on which it was served was larger. The sourdough toast was approximately 3/8-inch thick. The size of the egg could be categorized as medium as opposed to the bigger large and jumbo sizes. The avocado was thinly spread. It's is huge inside and thoughtfully designed with multiple rooms, plenty of seating options (tables, benches, sofas), a green room (with some plants , interesting concept), and even outdoor seating, so it's great whether you're working or just hanging out. The menu is curated and limited, but still covers the essentials. I ordered a salted caramel latte (I'm pretty particular about these), and it was well-balanced, not overly sweet, which let the espresso come through. I personally would've liked a slightly stronger caramel note for more depth, but overall it was smooth and well-made. Really liked the setup at Redefined! The place is super spacious but still manages to feel cozy. So glad to be able to revisit REDEFINED COFFEE HOUSE in Grapevine Texas. Our previous visit was so nice and this was no different. The parking lot is large (Texas, hello) and there are a lot of available spots even in the middle of rush hour. Now, I know it's at the north end of the historic Main Street a short block away from the Town Hall. The baristas and cashiers are all so warm and friendly. The space is huge and has closed (glass walls) rooms for private conferences. Lots of tables and chairs, both for study and for lounging. Vanilla Latte is delicious. Latte is fortifying. It reminded me of a discipleship program I did a few years ago called RE|GEN, which made me wonder if there was a deeper connection behind it. From the moment I walked in, the space had a warm and welcoming energy, making it the perfect spot to soak in the community feel. For my drink, I opted for one of their seasonal spring offerings--the Lucky Girl Latte. The name caught my eye, and when I saw it was inspired by my all-time favorite cereal, I had to try it. The combination was just as delightful as I hoped, adding a nostalgic and playful touch to my coffee experience. Chai latte is pretty spicy. Biscotti GF is tasty and very good. This came from their local pastry shop. Would definitely want to visit their shop. This place was busy, and I can definitely see why. It's a great spot to get some work done, especially if you are someone who likes a little background noise to help you focus or just want a change of scenery. The coffee was excellent. I tried the blueberry coffee drink, and it is one of the best blueberry-flavored coffees I have had in the area so far. The blueberry muffin was just as impressive! Fresh, moist, and full of flavor. Today was my second time visiting Redefined. The first time I had this delicious maple bourbon latte that I couldn't stop thinking about since I had it. Sadly, it was no longer on the menu. I decided to try their Sugar Cookie latte instead, meh. The quality and taste of their coffee is great, but the flavor just isn't there with this seasonal choice. Very bland. I also tried their bagel dogs which is like a kolache, but the chewiness of a bagel. Also great! There are still other items in the menu I want to try so I will be back! came here the first day of 2025, and it was packed. was actually glad they were opened during New Years day. I wonder if they open on other holidays? Anyways, we ended up getting a latte and a cold brew. Obviously, the cold brew was quick to make, but the latte took a bit longer.... i suppose it takes time to make the latte art. I know during the holidays, they have a coffee flight where you can pick 3 different types of holiday drinks, that come with a small treat with each drink. Was down in Grapevine on a work trip and was on the search for a good coffee shop. Glad I found Redefined. I ordered an Iced Salted Caramel latte. I will add that if you don't want the sweetness to not overpower the espresso then add an extra shot. Ordered coffee here three days in a row. Prices are ok, they charge extra for most milk substitutions. I'm out in San Diego, and my drink was about the same price if not a tad bit more. read more

I went for the holiday coffee flight with people from out of town (Cali & TN). The server on the day I went was nice but they didn't really know if they had a lot of items on the menu. We were told that the holiday flight was pre set but then people after us were able to choose their coffee. They also ran out of the cookie pairings and glasses. My flight came "messy" the coffee was spilt all over and the board was sticky. Their quiche and coffee cake is really good, I'd go back for that! The place was nice and spacious though and we were able to find seats for our large group of 10. We even brought our small dog. I love that you can enjoy your coffee out of an actual mug here. I thought the pumpkin spice latte was perfectly sweet, as I find most places add too much sugar. I recently came here to study, but since it was so lively I think this spot is more suited to getting coffee and chatting with friends. My sisters and I were excited to try Re:defined after seeing the good reviews and cute photos, but unfortunately, we were disappointed. All three of our drinks tasted watered down and just didn't have much flavor: my matcha latte, my sister's vanilla latte, and another sister's lavender latte. The vibes were really cute and relaxing, which we loved, but the drinks and the overly soft cream cheese danish were not good. Been here at least three times. Service is good for the most part. Coffee is good. I've never gotten the same thing twice yet. First time I got the affagoto, second time I think I got a special and this time we got the Christmas flight and the sugar cookie cold brew. I love the decorations of this place but I do not like that people hog the seats for business purposes. This place does have space to rent out I think but sometimes I just want to sit for maybe 20 mins enjoy my coffee and dessert but can't cause all the people and their laptops are taking up space for over an hour. The first two times we couldn't even get a seat. The other day a lady by herself took 3 seats. One for her self another for her bag and another for her laptop. Well, this place is always very busy, and seems to get really great reviews. So I thought I should try it out! The business looks great, both inside and outside. Apparently they have free Wi-Fi. The inside is rather dark, in appearance, however, it is inviting. Neither the girl who took my order, nor the barista were what I would call, particularly friendly... maybe they hadn't had their coffee yet! I am a chai-latte hot tea drinker, and like extra chai in my drink. I ordered a large one with extra chai. I was not altogether surprised with the $7.04 charge... until I got the smallest cup I've ever gotten, anywhere! I even double-checked with the barista, to make sure this was their large size cup. I included a picture of the cup in my post... the sleeve is a normal size sleeve, which helps put into perspective, how small the cup is. My chai latte tea did have a great taste, but not $7.04 worth for this tiny cup! And oddly, while it was warm, it certainly was not hot. This may be a great place for coffee, but I'm not a coffee drinker. It's certainly not a place I would go back to, but maybe you should try it to form your own opinion! read more

I like the space that is offered to sit, study or socialize within the coffee house. The place was buzzing on a Saturday afternoon. It was the best experience of service for me. I admitted to the team member I this was my first visit. She was like "ok" vs "welcome!" . I asked a few questions about the menu and just settled for an americano. I think this may have been a "day" for the person. When other team members were at the register taking orders, I saw more pep in the interactions. Wow. My first time at RE:defined Coffee in Grapevine and it is most excellent. I received a Christmas Cookie Latte that was Straight Out of North Pole! I also ordered a Kolache (you must try - so delicious) and a coffee cake (moist and tasty). I grabbed a seat in the center and chillaxed while enjoying the traffic flows of people enjoying each other. The shop is comforting with all different styles of people personalities. There are separate rooms available to have a more quiet environment (The Studio, Green Room). The coffee shop is filled with Christmas greetings and well wishes. They also have a free wifi password. Make sure you stop by and visit. It's on Northwest Highway across from Sonic and the GV Mustangs water tower (Grapevine, dear Grapevine...for you, our hearts pine...when we think of dear old G H S). read more
