What a well thought out coffee shop! Just great decor and layout. I could definitely chill out there for a while The other great thing is they make lattes that taste like coffee not sugar. It still has the hint of flavor you want but the coffee is the star as it should be. Well done! Had the almond roca and a vanilla latte. Both great. Tried the bagel dogs and they were ok. Bagel is a little tough. Had the spinach quiche and that was good. Service was great. Just very well done coffee shop

The venue may be a great place to socialize over a beverage, but not ideal for dining. Although it was late in the morning, I opted for the avocado toast. The only available seats ideal for dining were by the far window. Due to the distance, noisy crowd, and concern that I would fail to hear my name, I occasionally checked the counter if my food was ready which took about 15 minutes. Their pricing structure for coffee creamer was unusual. While ordering the drip coffee, another employee mentioned the creamer at the sweetener table was complimentary; otherwise, it would be an additional charge. I decided to pour it myself at the table. The employee who served my coffee did not know what sweetener was available at that table, but she had Splenda behind the counter. I discovered they had only raw sugar and stevia packets. Rather than go back to the busy counter, I opted for the raw. The avocado toast was sufficient for a light snack. The small plate on which it was served was larger. The sourdough toast was approximately 3/8-inch thick. The size of the egg could be categorized as medium as opposed to the bigger large and jumbo sizes. The avocado was thinly spread. The crushed red pepper flakes and balsamic drizzle provided ample flavor. Unfortunately, my hunger was far from satisfied.

Checked out this coffee shop recently and was really impressed with the space. It's is huge inside and thoughtfully designed with multiple rooms, plenty of seating options (tables, benches, sofas), a green room (with some plants , interesting concept), and even outdoor seating, so it's great whether you're working or just hanging out. The menu is curated and limited, but still covers the essentials. I ordered a salted caramel latte (I'm pretty particular about these), and it was well-balanced, not overly sweet, which let the espresso come through. I personally would've liked a slightly stronger caramel note for more depth, but overall it was smooth and well-made. Service was quick and friendly, and I like that they sell their own beans, which makes me want to come back and try their drip to get a better sense of their roast profile.

By far one of the most well designed coffee shops in the DFW metro. Beautiful seating areas offering dining style seating, lounge chairs and also sofas. The black ceiling in my opinion all restaurants should copy. That coupled with warm walnut tones on walls and tables set on a bleached lime floor , creates a quietly serene but modern space. And the coffee is good and strong. We got a cafe con leche and an iced moca. Both were delicious. It's a little far for me to come every day, but I would definitely come out this far for a special treat.

Really liked the setup at Redefined! The place is super spacious but still manages to feel cozy. I love that they have different seating options--some spots are perfect for getting work done, while others have a more relaxed, "hang out" vibe. As for the coffee, I tried the salted caramel, and it was just okay for me. Not bad, but not the best I've had in the area. Still, it's a great environment if you need a spot to camp out with a laptop for a few hours.

Wow what a really cool coffee shop. It definitely felt more like a home than just a coffee house. They roast in house and the cortado and cafe con leche both full of great flavor no bitterness from the bean

First Visit -- New Favorite! This was my first time at Redefined Coffee House, and it did not disappoint! I ordered the seasonal tiramisu latte and the avocado toast -- both were delicious. The latte had the perfect balance of sweetness and espresso, and the toast was fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly filling. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, especially after I mentioned it was my first visit. There's plenty of seating, making it a great spot for working remotely or catching up with a friend. So happy to have found a cozy new coffee spot -- I'll definitely be back!

So glad to be able to revisit REDEFINED COFFEE HOUSE in Grapevine Texas. Our previous visit was so nice and this was no different. The parking lot is large (Texas, hello) and there are a lot of available spots even in the middle of rush hour. Now, I know it's at the north end of the historic Main Street a short block away from the Town Hall. The baristas and cashiers are all so warm and friendly. The space is huge and has closed (glass walls) rooms for private conferences. Lots of tables and chairs, both for study and for lounging. Vanilla Latte is delicious. Latte is fortifying. Chai is appropriately spicy. And sweet.

One of my favorite things to do when visiting a new town is exploring interesting coffee shops--not just for the coffee, but for the local vibe and atmosphere. I came across RE: Defined and was immediately intrigued by the name. It reminded me of a discipleship program I did a few years ago called RE|GEN, which made me wonder if there was a deeper connection behind it. From the moment I walked in, the space had a warm and welcoming energy, making it the perfect spot to soak in the community feel. For my drink, I opted for one of their seasonal spring offerings--the Lucky Girl Latte. The name caught my eye, and when I saw it was inspired by my all-time favorite cereal, I had to try it. The combination was just as delightful as I hoped, adding a nostalgic and playful touch to my coffee experience. Chai latte is pretty spicy. Biscotti GF is tasty and very good. This came from their local pastry shop. Would definitely want to visit their shop. If you're looking for a spot with great coffee and a meaningful atmosphere, RE: Defined is definitely worth a visit!

Coffee was amazing. Staff was sweet. Ambiance was perfect. Quiet but not TOO quiet. Very spacious inside with comfortable seats. I love it there

Disappointing Christmas Coffee Flight--100% skip! Ambiance: The café is large with plenty of seating. We arrived at 10 AM on a Wednesday, and it was packed. Food & Service: - Tried the viral Christmas Coffee Flight Board. They ran out of cookies (only a few hours into service) and offered me macarons or a pastry, but gave my friend a random muffin without asking. - The menu claimed we could choose 3 out of 5 drinks, but we were told it was a set menu of the first 3 listed--totally misleading. - Drinks arrived lukewarm. The Gingerbread Latte lacked any gingerbread flavor, and the Apple Cider tasted like store-bought. The Peppermint Latte was decent but couldn't save the experience. TL;DR: Misleading menu, lukewarm drinks, and poor substitutions. Skip the Christmas Coffee Flight!

The coffee itself was good and I appreciated that the beans are sourced from Ethiopia. I ordered the specialty Sugar Cookie Latte, but it tasted more like plain coffee with milk and lacked the expected flavor. The wait time was about 15-20 minutes, which felt long for a fairly simple drink. There was a line, and the barista appeared somewhat overwhelmed, which may have contributed to the delay.

I really enjoyed this place on a quick little visit! The barista was very well informed and was so kind when it came to looking if the ingredients for their Pumpkin drink was gluten-free. I have had a few other coffee shops chuckle when I asked if their ingredients are gluten-free but they didn't here! The cold brew I got was delicious and had just the right amount of kick to it! I was incredibly grateful and will definitely be visiting again.

Loads of seating options for individuals and groups, and there is a private meeting room toward the back.

I would have taken more pictures and videos, but it was busy, and the majority of the game stations were taken up by players. I, on the other hand, enjoyed that they had a cafe as well. I believe their coffee machine is down or something. So I opted for their "Blood for the Blood God" tea it's not too sweet and pretty refreshing for a hot, humid day. The cafe looks like a standard local coffee shop with a nice mix of coffees and pastries. Definitely a fun place to stop into and check out.
