Kew Frame is a small picture framers situated near the Green in Kew. I recently took a print in to…read morebe framed and the service I got was excellent. I wanted my print to match another print which already had a frame. The owner of the shop helped my choose the frame which was the best match, and also recommended a surround for the print which would complement it. The result is great really professional. The price was also not bad for London I will go back again!

My wife and I ordered a bed from them at the start of December and were treated to what can only be described as excellent customer service. They went out of their way to show us the different options for colour in the bed we had chosen and after a request for a discount offered us the price that it would be in the Boxing Day sale! Delivery was originally quoted as early January but after a couple of phonecalls by their staff it was with us before Christmas. Unfortunately one small part of the bed had a mark on it when delivered but it was replaced with no fuss in a couple of days. They are pricey but you get what you pay for in the quality of the product and the wonderful service.

However, they took my details and called me once a suitable chair was in stock to try (this happened on a couple of occasions). Once I found the chair I wanted, they were also able to change various parts of the chair as well (gas lift and stand) to make it a perfect fit for my non average size. My bank told me I had fallen for a scam where a company takes your payment but does not fulfill their side of the transaction and obtained my refund several months after my initial payment was made. Be warned - avoid this seasoned operator who has nothing to learn - but I have learned a lot about protecting my finances through my dealings with her and won't make the same mistake again!
