I was a patient with a groupon, therefore looked down upon like a dirt on his shoes. For my first appointment this main man who owns the clinic didn't turn up at all to the place they sent me! I guess he couldn't be bothered. Another appointment was arranged and I never felt so insignificant in my life as this man made me feel, I was treated like the last thing you wanted to find on the floor. This is the attitude you get for someone did not even turn up when you already paid him, you'd think he'll be mega nice to make up for my lost time and petrol, but no he is above anybody, he owns the practice! I got put on some old machine , was given used gown after previous patient and wet stinky electric pads from previous patient- absolutely disgusting. As someone already mentioned I was left in the room for 45 minutes without anyone attending to me , I wandered about the house and found out that he was treating 3 more people at the same time and could not bother if I am still there or not. Eventually my so called treatment finished and he was present in the reception offering and wanting me to book another session. Obviously after this appalling treatment I got I didn't want any more of it, therefore he didn't even say goodbye to me on leaving, because I wouldn't leave him any more money. I have never met such arrogant and ignorant man who would treat me so badly. Never again. Only go to this place if you want to be insulted, get rid of your money and want to feel extremely insignificant for the rest of your day, you'll find this is the right place for that. read more

"Rate my chiropractor time then." Is something I always hoped I'd never have to do. It's not like anyone enjoys paying to have a large middle aged man caress them in order to relieve the pain deep inside. I have to admit that after my first sesh I did feel a little looser in the back , so I decided to rebook. After a couple of days had passed I soon felt the same pains as before. Maybe the effects had or worn off or maybe it was all a placebo. I know a bit controversial but after a little light googling I decided to adjust my seating position when driving and hey presto pain is going away. I did a repeat visit. But this time I realised that my chiropractor was actually treating my and another patient simultaneously ! For 39 quid for half hour I kinda hoped I would be his one and only ! So basically I shall not be returning.. This chiropractor may be good but he is not for me. Oh and when I explained I didn't need another visit he got visably upset !!! Ta ta ! read more

If I could of given this no stars I would of... Every appt I had the chiropractor was late I was often in the room for ages on my own completely forgot about attached to what can only be described as a Victorian tens machine.... The final straw was when I was left and I was so fed up I got dressed and walked out and he didn't even reals or I was gone! My advice, steer clear the wrong side of my back was treated I was treated on the side of pain when in fact the problem was on the other side, I have since been to a very experienced physiotherapist who fixed me completely in a couple of Appts, there's a reason this clinic is always in groupon....
