Would not recommend getting your window tint done here. Quality is just not there. They do a ok job.

Redmond's did this. A truck broke down right beside them. The person there named Mike said they would get to it the next day. They couldn't look at it right then. Without any notice whatsoever they had the truck towed to an impound yard. Once you get in that nightmare, it's going to be hundreds of dollars to get it out. They knew EXACTLY what they were doing. They're scammers. And they're just going for the quick buck. You cannot trust them. Don't listen to the few people they take care of. You cannot trust them. Repeat YOU CANNOT TRUST REDMOND'S. DO NOT GO THERE. They'll tow your vehicle in a heartbeat, and leave you twisting in the wind while you try to scramble to get the cash to get it out. read more

Just want to inform everybody on where not to go to get your car repaired. Redmonds! First of all, Redmonds told me my car would be repaired in one day, and if not in one day then a guarantee fix the day after, but it took way over. Next, they tried to tell me, the part I replaced 3 days prior, that it was worn down and old, which is a complete lie. Redmonds auto repair is a scam. Also, they told me labor would be $90 an hour, but when I get there to pay they tried to say there were shop fees as well. Their words were "Shop fees are things like if we use a drill bit or air." Why am I paying you by the hour????? Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Never would recommend to anybody. read more

Called to see if they could install some runningboards that I had purchased. Now I did not know that Redmonds only installs products that were purchased from them, which is perfectly reasonable, but they could've just said that. When I asked if they could install some runningboards that I had purchased and how much to install, the gentleman's exact words were, "I'm not even gonna get into that, we don't install used products." No kind tact, no respect, just blatantly rude. I most definitely do not recommend this business, for they pick and choose who they will and will not be polite to, if that's how they handle customer support, I can only imagine what type of care they would have for my vehicle, I'm guessing NONE. I definitely will never do business here, I prefer companies that provide a welcoming atmosphere as well as quality work and customer support, all of which Redmond's severely lacks.
