Staff is friendly. Good amount of seating in a smallish dining room. Televisions in the corners allow everyone to see them, however, there's no sound or closed captions. The restaurant is very clean. The bathroom has a code in order to get in which is a different way go. We got bacon cheese burger with tots and hickory burger with fries. I really wanted a fried chicken sandwich but they only have grilled chicken sandwiches. They offered to use chicken tenders but I declined and went with a burger instead. Ketchup is kept cold. I like that. Bacon cheeseburger was fine. The burgers appear to be frozen patties. The bacon was salty and cooked well, not too crispy and not floppy. The lettuce was shredded, could've used more. They put both mayo & mustard on their burgers. The hickory burger was ok. You couldn't really taste the bbq sauce. Tots were cooked extra crispy. Luckily that's how I like them but most customers probably would've preferred less crispy; like my husband. The crinkle fries were also a little too crispy for husband. Not too crispy for me. Overall the meal wasn't bad. It's what you'd expect for a small family grill. Fairly priced for the economy we are in. Two combo burger meals ran us $30. read more

The food was amazing, theres alot of stuff to pick on the menu especially if your a picky eater, i had a hard time picking between the chicken and the steak fingers, Red showed me a steak finger to help me decide what i wanted, service is through the roof and the food is probably the best you can get for the price. I would definitely give this place a 4 stars out or 5, the 12 man burger was good and very seasoned, I wish I asked for it medium rare and not well done but that's my fault. The place is clean and gives a good vibe. The service was good I got all my food for about $22 seeing the cook smash the burgers on the flat top gives a very at home feeling with the friendly staff. I got fries and fried okra with my meal, the fries and okra were very well seasoned (a bit to much seasoning for my taste) but none to less good. I remember when Red's shut down I was in late elementary/ early middle school. I was so bummed as this was hands down my FAVORITE burger place. It was always way to easy to come here with my dad and brother, order a bottled root beer, cheese burger with fries and of course a chocolate chip cookie for dessert! I'm pretty sure we were weekly patrons of Red's... Anyways, you can only imagine the excitement I had when Red's re-opened. Of course we had to make it a family affair, and I even brought my fiancé along to try the worlds best burger! It was just as good as I remember burger, cookies and all! Please no! We moved here last year and our neighbors told us about Red's "The Best Place for Burgers"! We tried them many, many times over the last year, and they were so good! Just bought dinner for the family tonight 7-12-2021, and they have certainly changed their meat! The meat tasted like normal Red's flavor, however the consistency was an issue. This was like a pre-frozen hamburger patty and hard. There was no give, so it slides out between the buns. It's like if my wife tried to make a no meat patty to go vegan, and the ingredients were shaped and pressed into a circle. Not a good feeling, biting off the meat and it breaks, not tears. I tried calling to confirm the meat source has changed, but there must be a phone issue. We're not going to go back. You can't go changing to frozen patties and not expect to loose customers. read more

There was a lot of hype in my neighborhood for this place to open. Walking in the decor is fun and inviting. It's an order at the counter type of establishment which is just fine. Seating is limited. Placed an order for a single burger and it took 35 minutes to come out. Looked great and smelled good. First bite was absolutely excellent and flavorful however with my second bite I bit into something that just wasn't right. Ended up being a plastic bag or Saran Wrap of sort. I immediately let the restaurant know and they didn't seem to care and treated me like I was bothering them. I know you should always give a couple chances before you write a place off but I'm not sure I will. Customer Service is everything. I wasn't wanting anything for what i found I just wanted to let them know so they were aware, could look into it and make sure it didn't happen to anyone else. read more

We are new to the area. We ordered 3 burgers from here and they were all cooked the same way, well well done. Absolutely no juiciness and super dry. Lacking flavor we had to add condiments at home. The sweet potato fries were ok but a little too done as well. We probably won't be back. read more
