I called AAA after it had been over 2 hours and hadn't heard anything from Chris and Son's. I was on hold for 10 minutes and AAA said they would call them and they would not pick up their phone. So now AAA is canceling them and getting me a new tow truck. So these guys suck. Now I would not recommend Chris and sons and I will not be using them again. Next time I call AAA and they say it's Chris and Sons coming to help, I am going to refuse them. Im in Cuba and they are located in Cuba. Why am I waiting this long with not a single update? Its pretty bad that I had to have a tow truck "strums" come out of Washington. I would highly recommend them. I gave one star because it wont let me put 0.
