trash is overflowing, cans aren't stored out of view, and blowing down the alley. not on trash day either

Horrible company who rents to horrible tenets, they promised they were going to improve the area and increase the value of the neighborhood, however they are practically turning my community into a 3rd world country, including persistent failure to enforce city codes 114-29 C, E, F. Causing trash to be blown into our properties, multiple vehicles with no registration, including RVs, boats, and trailers blocking throughways, making it impossible to access garages and homes. Illegal businesses are being run out of garages, and with multiple families living in single units. Just to build these units, they damaged multiple existing properties, refused to return contact when contacted, and were pretty much impossible to get a hold of. Lots of outstanding work to be done on properties in warranties, and garage door damage. Children of residents run around pelting neighboring properties, including their own, with rocks, causing fence and siding damage, while admitting attempts to break windows. My property value has been tanking, and my insurance rates have been skyrocketing due to the increase in illegal activities. Including illegal businesses with enough propane and gas cans stored to blow up several neighboring properties, hate crimes, drug activities, and prostitution.

Just run, don't do anything with this company. They are abusive to the homeowners around their project, damage properties, and can not communicate at all. They lie endlessly, and to the communities they go into, while ruining the area with poorly constructed buildings. Can't build affordable housing and sue the cities when fees are applied to them for failure to meet standards, costing taxpayers more in state legal fees to fight them in court. The Realtors are rude and will also lie while failing to make contact, even when "promised". Employees will blame the previous one for why they can't respond or pick up a phone. They don't pay their contractors and use unlicensed workers. Can't follow state or OSHA safety requirements, putting everyone on and off the sites at risk. Insane amounts of on-site alcohol consumption are happening with their builders ever holding after-work hours drinking sessions on site before getting into their vehicles and driving home. They promised the community they wouldn't be renting the properties, but nope, they turned around and opened up to Section 8 renters. Our once quiet neighborhood has been ruined by them and their abusive renters. Screaming every night, attacking the actual home owners while starting fights with police, which has now become a nightly thing since RedT has built matchstick code failures they can't sell. We once had a nice, quiet neighborhood with kids playing outside, but not since RedT came here and took a deuce on the area. They also manipulate their reviews by asking friends, significant others, and family to leave 5-star reviews, along with getting anything negative removed instead of fixing themselves or the problems they caused. They've also admitted that they planned incorrectly and didn't take any of the already existing properties into consideration, while stating they didn't want to get new permits for their mistake because they just wanted to plow through the construction process to sell junk for more than it cost to buy an actual house in the area. Do not let them build around you; they will ruin your neighborhood like they did ours. Their name should be RapeT because that's all they do. Oh, and fun fact, just to rent with them it will cost more than a monthly mortgage payment in the area.

First Issue: He continuously recommended/sent houses out of her price range. When he took her to look at houses, he showed her four houses and three out of the four were out of her price range. He constantly encouraged her to purchase one out of her price range. Second issue: John made her feel as though she were a burden to drive to show only one home in the area because he lives so far away in Franktown. Third issue: She asked him to look at a house in the evening and he told her that he had plans in the evenings and can show her houses on her 30 minute lunch. Further, she let him know that she would like for her boyfriend to come along. John responds, "he is not on the loan, he can look at it during inspection." Fourth Issue: She had to ask John to set her up on the MLS search three different times before he even acknowledged that she wanted to be set up and then finally set her up. Final major issue: She told John and the firm that she would like to rescind her contract with John because she was uncomfortable with him. The firm and John would not let her out of the contract. They will force you to work with them even if their client is not comfortable. DON'T SIGN THE CONTRACT!
