Once I arrived for the day of my appointment I was greeted by, not only the young lady I assume I spoke with a few days earlier, but also the piercer. The shop was clean and everyone was so friendly! After my information was collected, I chose my jewelry and away we went to the back room. The gentleman that pierced my ears first marked them and had me look to make sure I like where the holes would be. I was hesitant and ultimately said I trusted him. Instead of just moving forward with piercing, he asked me what my hesitation was. I appreciated that he took the time to listen to my concerns. He talked to me through the whole process and was very thorough when explaining aftercare- as well as provided me with a pamphlet explaining everything too! The whole experience was pleasant and everyone was extremely professional. I don't see myself getting anymore piercings BUT if I did, I would go to Hammer's again- and I recommend this shop to my friends and family!

Her work was excellent, and I could tell it was going to be a great piece just from even seeing the stencil she drew up for us. Didn't take her long at all to do the both of us, but the work is clean! It was a simple outline tattoo but she made it look incredible. The studio isn't huge but doesn't need to be, there is still plenty of space and everything is tidy and clean.
