The place is comfortable and quiet. But I wish they'd asked me what level of pressure I was comfortable with. The male therapist assigned to me didn't speak English and was extremely rough. From head to toe, this hurt. Nothing about this was relaxing. It was very painful. When I said something, the owner asked him to be softer. But it was pretty rough. I wanted to cry. I'm not only still in pain (a day later) but my ears are actually injured. He pulled on them so hard that he tore the tissue and they are cracked and bloody. These are actual injuries! Unacceptable.
