I don't even like honey, but if I need honey for a gift or recipe I wait until the Saturday market to get some of Reed's Bees honey. The blackberry one is excellent. I like it in a white wine vinaigrette that is 1/4 c olive oil, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. My favorite vendor at the farmer's market. Best spun honey in NorCal. I get some everytime I visit my family.

He's rude and I wouldn't do any business with him. He goes to the Arcata Farmers Market on Saturday's and was very rude. He claims he didn't bring any change so that told me he didn't want to sell anything to me. But other people came to his booth and he catered to them and have them sampled his honey!
