I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff were all very pleasant and professional, as first time buyers we felt a bit clueless but they were happy to explain everything to us in a way that made sense. When we put in our offer it took a while for the sellers to get back to us. I was prepared not to hear anything for perhaps a few days, but they had the courtesy to give us a call and explain that they were still waiting for an answer but they would get back to us as soon as possible, this was much nicer than being left waiting with no explanation. From a buyers perspective I would highly recommend Spencers as they seemed very fair and professional in all our dealings with them.

They were the people I dealt with the entire time I lived in Harborne and always sorted out any issues we had with the house. Recently, a friend of ours was moving to Birmingham and wanted to live on the Bearwood side of Harborne in order to be close to her new job.
