However my water heater ended up working worse than it did before he worked on it. Now I am paying $600 to them for a water heater that doesn't work. On top of that, they said they think I just need a new water heater. So, 6 hours and $600 later, I still have no water heater. I mean they tried to put a natural gas valve on a propane water heater. Plus they ended up charging me for the natural gas valve! I am no plumber but even I know that they are not compatible. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this company at all costs. A bunch of brainless jackasses. Jim was here by 9:30, double checked the water heater and recommended changing it out. It is 10 years old, full of sediment and had just started leaking. Here it is 11am and I have a new water heater and Jim just left with old one. It was still draining a reddish sludge. Oh boy, hot showers coming up!!

On December 7, 2023 Riley-Armstrong dug up our neighbors sewer for a repair. In the process they…read moredrove through our front yard and piled dirt against our house. (We have documented the damage.) When we called to ask if they would clean up the mess they left, we were told someone would come by and look at it. we never heard back from them. Today, December 21, we find out they violated some rules with a gas line and it has to be dug up again. Riley-Armstrong used a vac truck to suck up leaking sewage and splattered it on our newly painted house. We called to find out who their insurance is and were told our lawyer would have to call their lawyer. We are currently making a complaint to the city of Fort Dodge .
