I am an owner/builder. This company gave me good pricing but the put the steel in based on the dig not based on the plans I gave them. When we needed them to step up and make a small repair to correct the problem, he whined and complained that all the profit would be gone. Needless to say, we corrected the problem without them and they will never get a referral for me. It is times like these that companies get a chance to step up and shine.
