I had to keep calling for weeks to see when it would be ready, and a month later finally just stopped in and they couldn't find the necklace told me to check back. Went back in at later date and gave me the charm and said that they weren't sure that I left the necklace. Well, they did take the necklace and how unprofessional is that? But after waiting there for 30 minutes tells me that they can't find it but can order me another. Really? So, I sent my husband there to order him another necklace. Haha...jokes on us they ordered him a thin hollow necklace that broke in a months time. Don't trust this place, I wish that I had not.

They are very nice people, they have been in business for a very long time. I am able to feel comfortable leaving my jewelry with them because are a very reputable jewelry repair company. This is the only place that I have ever taken my jewelry to and as long as they are in business will continue to be the only place that I use for jewelry repair. I've always found their prices to be reasonable and I know that I can trust them, and that's the most important thing to me is being able to trust the person that you are leaving your fine jewelry with.
