Then he just walked off and left me sitting in the chair and didn't say a word. I don't know if it was a miscommunication on both me and the barbers part but this is not how to run a business. A guy who came in after me started getting his hair cut by another person who came out from the back and to be honest it started to get a little awkward so I said screw it I'll take my business elsewhere. I think he might have been young but everytime you walk into a barbers there is communication or am I expecting too much in 2021? If your appointment's only then for god's sake say so. Edit: That is what I thought but it was well over 10 minutes maybe closer to 15. It was so long it started to get a bid weird and I had other places to be. You should have not asked me to get in the chair until you were ready, it would have been less confusing for me. The guy after me was well into his hair cut while I just sat there wondering what was happening facing the other customers that came in. I even got off the chair and waited back in the waiting area for a while before I decide to leave. Why would you take lunch if you had a customer waiting in a chair? Could you have not got another person to work with me. I might delete this review as I don't want to be a Ken but let me advise you talking lunch and making someone wait is bad business.
