TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I called Reflections, asking about detailing our Ford Expedition XL. It was full of pine needles from hauling our Christmas tree the year before and a ton of dog hair, paw prints and nose smears from hauling two huskies around. I was up front about the condition of our truck, and Reflections was up front about their estimate, which was very fair considering the size of our vehicle and the amount of work I knew it would need. They were also extremely confident in their ability to bring it back to "brand new." They were able to get me in next day, and Hamdan's team worked on it ALL DAY. In fact, Hamdan was personally working on the finishing touches when we picked it up...an hour after closing. We were completely BLOWN AWAY by the results. The entire inside of our truck did in fact look brand new. Every inch of the interior was spotless, including the glove box and the center console! There was not one piece of husky hair in the entire truck, and if you've even seen a picture of a husky you should understand how incredible that is. I don't know if it was luck or my battered guardian angel that led me to Reflections, but I'm extremely glad I found them! They will forever be handling our detailing from here on out, and I will be recommending them to everyone! read more

I typically go to a different shop to detail my cars, but they were booked out until end of July and I just couldn't wait that long. I gave Reflections Detailing a call since it's near the BMW dealership where I get my car serviced. From the first phone call until I picked up my car, Hamdan was polite and courteous. He was patience with my questions and knew exactly what I was looking to have done. He was understanding when I had to cancel a couple days prior to my appointment, due to a work trip. Jeff and his crew have been detailing and wrapping our family's boats for years, they've always provided excellent service, but this week I brought my truck to him. (I had a kayak rack mounted on it all summer so it hasn't seen a car wash in awhile) HOLY COW! it's C L E A N, the paint shines better than it did the day I bought it. So they were already off to a great start... for answering... (still trying to wrap my mind around the low bar all the competitors are setting). BUT, in all seriousness, I was continuously satisfied. Every and all communication was polite and professional. They were able to see me in 2 days and took a day to complete the service, which I appreciated because it did need to get done in a timely manner. I also really appreciated how accommodating they were with my drop off and pick up, as my work schedule has me in the area during odd hours. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Just picked up my black 2015 silverado. I purchased the exterior detail with paint correction because the whole drivers side had swirl marks that drove me crazy when the sun hit it. When I tell you that truck looks brand new, it's an understatement. And to top it off, they did the interior vacuum and clean at no cost to me. I have 3 dogs, and the fact that I can't find one hair in there, floors me! The customer service was absolutely wonderful and pricing was excellent. Highly recommend these guys. After a few weeks looking for a five star auto detailing service on Yelp in and around Milwaukee, I Googled and found Reflections. Even though I had checked Yelp, It didn't show up unless you put in the name. Don't understand how this works on Yelp. ANYWAY....This is definitely a 5 star organization. My truck looked better than when I bought it brand new, inside and out. Small dings were gone, tires looked new. Inside was spotless. The paint job on my Prius looked ruined, due to my parking underneath the EL (Chicago overhead train tracks) for several days. The rail dust and oil dropped on my car left it in a horrible state! Great service. Our car was filthy. Seats and arm rest were black when we took it in. I didn't think they would be able to get all the dirt out of them. They made the seats look like new. I have to say this place is really unprofessional. When I got a a groupon for a gift, I was told they where going to get everything done to my car to make it look good and had nothing to worry about. Well I got there and the lady told me that my carpets and seats are not included in my package. They told me that my package was worth 150 and didnt include seats and and carpet. I also left my car as early as 10 am and was quoted to get my car back at 5pm. 1. When I got my car back it was 6 pm and I was running late to something that I had planed. I was asking the manager why it took such a long time, total of 8 hours at their shop, and all he could tell me that it was almost done and didnt have a clear answer. 2. He didnt mention when I paid for everything that there was going to be taxes added when he quoted me the extra 60 dollars to do the carpets and seats. 3. They left a rusty razor in my roof and I didnt see it until 3 days later when I was trying to show off to my friends. When I removed the razor I started to see that my car started to Oxidize and start to rust on my roof of my car. He kept saying that 4. The owner was really unprofessional when I called to ask why the razor was left on the car and why they didnt tell me about the extra 60 dollars before I took my car and had the groupon canceled. He then stated that someone should of told me that before I took my car in. 5. The owner started to yell over the phone, then started to say, "GO F*** yourself". I felt like it was disrespected and didnt need to be yelled at or even treated the way I was because I was calling in to talk to him about it. When he was shouting back at me, I asked to have a refund because of the way he was talking to me and treating me as a customer. 6. He kept hanging up on my when I was on the phone and didnt want to help me out when I ask for him to just refund. I will not be returning to them any time soon and will be making sure any of my friends don't go there for any reason or if it's the last place they go. Don't go there for any reason. read more

I had a very positive experience at Reflections. I came to Reflections because of a Groupon deal. Not only did my car turn out like new, both in and out, but the customer service was beyond expectations. I had to stick around during the detail, and they did everything they could to make me comfortable. I was offered a ride to a local mall, beverages, Netflix, and WiFi use. Despite working on cleaning my incredibly dirty car (for which I was gratefully not shamed), I was checked in on and my comfort was assured. They even made sure to work as quickly as they could, because I had to wait. My car turned out beautifully. They went above and beyond, and I will not use any different services for detailing my car from now on. read more

Ok-I literally never write reviews but this is mandatory! I found this place through Groupon. I scheduled my appointment and they were able to get me in within a week. I was late to the appointment :/ but they were very accommodating. I know this sounds terrible on top of me being late but I have a one year old-meaning cleaning out the car is no longer on my priority list when we leave the vehicle. Milk, cookies...stuff everywhere. I literally had to throw a disclaimer out before I let them into the car! When I got it back it was spotless. I bought my car brand new and this service took me way back-to a couple of years ago when I was leaving the dealership-which is what the owner Hamdan promised. He even picked me up from my location once the car was ready. The whole interaction was hassle-free, the car looks great and even my dad who is a perfectionist and restores classic cars as a hobby, went on-and-on about how well detailed the car was. Spectacular place. I generally think I take pretty good care of my car but these guys got dirt off that I thought was permanently on the car, both interior and exterior. It's been a week and I can still see the reflection of my surroundings in the car's paint. The inside smelled and looked like new and they did exceptionally well on the wheels. I certainly intend to go back at some point and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get a nice, deep clean at a reasonable price. I took my 2009 mini van in and got back exactly what I hoped for if not a bit more. I keep the vehicle in good shape but won't have time to wax it myself this Summer so I wanted to make sure everything was in good shape before things got out of hand. The leather seats were treated, the carpets cleaned (even some stains I didn't expect to come out), a good waxing and even had the engine cleaned. The owner gave me a ride to Mayfair Shopping Center and picked me up when the car was ready. It looked like a new car and I thought the price was reasonable. Bought my boyfriend a groupon for this business that was titled 'full detail' only to find out the most important part was not included - the shampooing of the inside - was an additional $60 which brought the price of the already 'full detail' to 150 dollars for a small car. The groupon was 70 dollars for a 130 -150 dollar value. Which I ended up paying the whole thing. The 70 dollars would have been for what I pay a car wash shop 20 bucks to do. Dropped the car off at noon and took our pup to the dog park. Got done there around 3 and decided to call Reflections. They said that the car would be ready at 5. No problem as that was the time we had previously agreed upon. Showed up like 5 minutes to 5 and waited and waited. Finally brought the car out at 525. On the way home realized they didn't put the rugs back in and had to go back. Inside looked great! No problem there. The issue came when 4 days later - of heavy, heavy rain - my boyfriend saw the razor they left wedged in his roof where the door rubber is. There is now a spot of rust that was not there when He took the car in. He called this place SIMPLY TO NOTIFY THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND HAVE THEIR EMPLOYEES CHECK BEFORE THEY GOVE A CAR BACK! Within seconds the 'owner', or so he said he was, was cussing him out. I'm talking about flying F bombs here. My boyfriend kept saying that he was not speaking to him that way and would appreciate that he lower his voice and hear him out. The 'owner' hung up on him. My boyfriend called him back because now it was just unprofessional and AT THIS POINT felt like compensation was warranted. The owner proceeded to cuss at him and hang up on him. Finally the owner said he would fix the problem. My boyfriend and I both agreed that there was no way in hell that this guy was touching his car again. Who knows what he would do. My boyfriend simply wanted the 60 back - even though the outside was the 70 - he offered to take back the 60 instead. Of course this resulted in tons of swearing from the owner again. Also no refund was ever given. Please please please do not use this place! The owner cannot take corrective criticism and cusses out his consumers at the flip of a dime. He was very offensive and scary. I wouldn't want anyone to have to deal with this. Keep this in mind when you drop your car off for work here. read more

Hamdan did an amazing job detailing my 10 year old car. I paid extra for the wax and shampoo and it was totally worth it. The result was a sparkly, shiny, clean car. I can tell that Hamdan is passionate about his work and thus gets the best results. He knows his stuff and he even fixed dings and dents with some touch up paint for a fraction of what others would charge. He was honest about how the dents would look after touchup paint and to be frank, they were less noticeable than I expected. I am planning to take our other car for a detail soon. If I could zero star. I purchased groupon for detail service. When calling for an appointment they immediately offered carpet shampooing for $60 which I declined. I was quoted 2 hours for service. I brought my car at appointed time and I was told I had dog hair in the back seat ( see photo) and it would take $40 more and I have to wait 4 hours. I said just honor the groupon deal and I do not want to pay more. I was told they don't do half ass job and the owner started being angry. Finally he agreed to do it for no additional charge. After I made arrangement for a ride he told me i would have to reschedule because there are customers waiting. There was only 1 customer in there and they were finishing his car. I said if you honor the groupon in 2 hours I would take the cAr in whatever condition it is in. They said no I have to reschedule and they are offering to put in more time at no additional fee. This is a scam they know the purchase is paid for and that I would not be coming back. They already have my money. Firstly this is a dishonest tactic baiting you for a low fee and adding extrA when you come in. And if you do not want to pay extra they make it hard for you to even claim your original deal. I will be making a complaint to BBB and Groupon about this company's dishonest tactic. Unprofessional like others said. I was the injured party and the owner actually raised his voice. This is not a way to do business to garner trust and gain customer. I would stAy away from this scam with or without groupon. read more
