I've always been a bit of an Ikea man when it comes to furniture. I don't really care all that much, as long as the place looks presentable. Some of the furniture in this place really is wonderful though. Firstly let me say I'm not a fan of leather, so I stayed right away from that. I don't like the feel of it all that much and in summer you stick to it. Their fabric lounges are the ones I made a beeline for and they were extremely comfortable. You can just sink into them and they ooze quality. There are a lot of practical storage options as well, and they are very pleasing to the eye. the book cases in particular, while they may look simple are actually quite elegant. The prices are noticeably higher than you would find at Ikea, but you're paying for quality here. With that being said, they're nowhere near as expensive as some places I've seen.

I bought a toilet suite that cost $469.00 from this company…read more But all the plumbers who came for a quote said set out of this toilet suite is not right for my toilet. My toilet set out is 200mm. But maximum set out we bought is 160mm. There weren't right size toilet suites in their stock to exchange. So when I asked for refund, they said there's 20% of re-stocking fee. So I just got $372.50 back. All they say is it's company policy. It's not because i changed my mind but because it can't be used in my toilet. They just took $97 from me.. Horrible company! Horrible service!

The unacceptable amount of issues also impacted on my daughters and granddaughters lives spoiling their school holidays because they were at our house so the issues could be corrected. If the work had been completed as stated by you as before Xmas none of this would have happened. We would greatly appreciate it if you can get back to us ASAP . 1. From the beginning we have had to chase as to when the tradesmen were going to be available instead of being kept up to date 2 . The problems caused by the plumbing company has created some annoying delay issues 3. The quality of the the plumbers work has less than impressive 4. The fact that an inspection after the completion of each step was not done amazes me 5. The fact that when the plumber drilled the tiles for the towel rack when it was clearly listed for the electrician and created the situation of having to replace the tile twice with the end result being less than a professional finish 6. When the tile was drilled incorrectly by the plumber he drilled almost completely through the opposite toilet wall which I am in the process of fixing,the comment from the plumber was don't worry about it just get Jeff to fix it 7.The issue with the hob at the end of the bath being built incorrectly 8. The absolutely unprofessional tile work done on th rework of the bath and shower stunned myself and my wife
